Its Time To Laugh!!!
Okee ... as on my post on the 300+ thread I am challenging everyone on here to LAUGH ... soooo .. for those that think its a silly idea (be a good idea to laugh about now rofl) ... I decided to hunt up some facts about laughter ... soooo .. think of it from now on as part of your exercise routine ...

Sooo .. you see .. I wasnt just challenging you for the heck of it ... the health benefits are GREAT .. and after all .. we are on a health journey arent we :) Love and Laughter everyone!! |

I think I saw that one too!! Laughter Yoga .. I saw it somewhere in Japan I think it was .. out in the middle of the day or early morning or evening there they are in a park in the middle of the city just LAUGHING!! Loud and proud .. and when you had a look at the people that were walking past they smiled!! Isnt that a wonderful gift to give to someone in your day :)

The show I saw about the laughter yoga was Jeremy Piven's trip to India.
I would LOVE to attend a class like that. What a wonderful way to relieve stress and exercise your abs! |
