Welcome candlemaker! Good luck on your 570 minutes in October! I'm shooting for 400. Four out of four this week. I soooo want to make it 7 out of 7, because I know I need to take more baby steps before I'm going to see any real loss, but I feel like I really need to master a habit before I try to add another.... I've always fallen off the wagon so quickly when I try to change everything at once. Here comes the weekend.... gird up your resolve, ladies! |
Well all, I did 11 1/2 minutes on the elip last night! So 2 1/2 for three - 3 1/2 for 4, something like that! :lol:

I can't believe how hard it is for me to make myself do this every day. I just dragged myself around for my 12 minutes of walking. So that's 5 for 5, and I guess I'll be happy if I make it to 7 this week, but then that means I have to up my goal... sigh Have a good weekend and keep meeting those goals. |

Everybody seems to be off enjoying the weekend...but when you're back, hope you had a good end of the week.
I made my goals 7 days out of 7! Yay for me! This means I'll set more ambitious goals for next week. And, I hope, it means that I'm actually developing some habits. Hope those of you who joined me for some or all of the last few weeks will consider popping in on next week's thread. |
