Hi everyone,

I'm new to 3FC and I don't know how I got to this place, but I am so happy I did. A group of people who say so many of the things I am thinking, and are encouraging to no end. Ya'll seem awesome and I'm happy to be here.

Hi and :wel3fc: It's always a pleasure when new people join us because I just know that with the encouragement and support that's here you are bound to be able to diet and stick with it. I am 38 and for 20 years I have been dieting on and off, and yet since finding this site, it's the first time EVER that I have lost more than 30 lbs, and I just KNOW I am going to get to my ultimate goal weight.

I am sure you will love it here and I look forward to cheering you on as your weight comes off :cheer:
