But 20 minutes of something that is a higher intensity than walking could actually burn more calories in that shorter period of time. Have you checked your local library to see if they have workout tapes you could borrow to try out? Or even a video rental place--I know that would still cost money, but at least you could try it for 3-4 bucks instead of paying full price outright. Personally, I loved doing Tae Bo (note the past tense--my favorite video has gone missing!), and even though it kicked my butt when I first started, I could definitely feel my endurance and coordination improving every time I did it again. Happy hunting!

Hey guys! Just saying hello to ya'll - I'm down to 10 pounds off now, am pleased as what with kids off on hols, I've been eating out much more than usual and I'm pleased that I am staying on track. Bit down because today meant to be going to a barbeque with my husband, to meet some of his work colleagues, but I just couldn;t handle it. I hate being this big and feel that people will comment etc, so I am staying in instead. I know thats pretty chicken huh?

Ammi - sorry u had some dissapointing clothes shopping, but as others have said, they do vary a lot, so try not to let this throw u off course. Your hubby sounds lovley :)

Hi everybody.... I am just popping in briefly to let you know I have not "disappeared." Just super busy and this morning is my week to help at a local food bank so have to get out of here soon!

Interesting veggie debate... I have begun eating most of them raw lately too and not in salads... but chopped. Anyway for those who like frozen, Birds Eye now has out the BEST ever IMO. They are quick steamed and you just put the entire bag into the microwave sealed. I know there is debate about putting a plastic (or whatever) bag in the microwave but I admit I do it. :) The veggies are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good!
