Hello Everyone
My name is Jannelle aka DarkJokerWolf, but my friends call me Joker^^ I am 22 years old and I weight more than I ever thought I would. I am at 364 now from 370 from August 1st.. I had joined here, but was afraid and nervous to post, but my sister told me that everyone is really nice an supportive here and I need support from good folks:) u2girl is my sister and also the one who told me about this forum so I got high hopes now^^ I hope this time I can stick with this, because it's truly a hard task. but it can be done:D
I am also a FreeLance Fantasy style artist and I do spend alot of time drawing as a source of stress relief. I have never done this before so I hope all goes well^^ *howls* |
Jannelle - :welcome2: I agree with your sister - I think everyone here is really nice! Please feel free to jump in on the main numbered thread - you are more than welcome. It is definitely not an easy journey, but it is much easier if you have others to share it with who know something about what you are going through.
You draw really well too! It is a great thing to have something you love to do that keeps your hands busy and your mind off eating when you are struggling with things. |

Hi Janelle :wel3fc: so glad you listened to your sister and posted here. You will never find a more supportive group of people to help you along your weight loss journey. We are all in the same boat as you, and I think we have all been where you are having to accept that you weigh more than you ever have before. I got to 329 lbs before I realised how much it was disabling me and that I really needed to do something about it.
I think you sound so motivated and with your sister's and everybody's support here I hope we can help you stay motivated and lose the lbs !! Oh and I looked at your art site, very nice work!! Hugs, Ammi :D |

Hi Jannelle... oh yah you'll find LOTS of us here who never thought we would weigh as much as we do/did but are successfully beating it off one bit at a time! :) So glad you have joined us.
I am a former "Missouri girl" too but moved away waaaaaaaaaaaaaay back in 1978! Still come back now and then to visit family and old friends! I'm glad you have joined us! :wel3fc: |
