Good Morning All!

I know it's been a while since I posted last...but I wanted to catch up a little. I've tried to keep up, but I know I've missed a BUNCH!

Wyllen! :bravo: 100 pounds!!! That's SO wonderful! As you can tell, I'm still working on mine and gained a bit back. But plugging along! You have done SO WELL. Goal is so close now! I bet you can taste it! (and it probably tastes a lot better than food. :p )

Misti You look wonderful! I havent taken a photo in a long time. I'll have to do that and see if I see the differences. I know I feel it.

Zelma: I didn't get a chance - but I'm so happy for your success in that competition! Did I miss if a final winner had been picked? You sure deserve all the accolades! And it's a heck of an incentive to keep it off when you are in the limelight, huh? My fingers remain crossed for you to win.

Jilly! I'd missed you when you weren't posting for a while!

Anyone heard from Julee?

I had a NSV this weekend that was the BEST! I finally got my new bike seat on my bike and (drum roll please) I RODE MY BIKE! :bike: Not only rode it...but DH, DS and I did a 5.6 mile trail ride! It was all flat, thank God! because I don't think I could do a hill...but I did it! First time on a bike since I was 19 years old! (That's 23 years ago :o ) The best part is, instead of being so sore I can't walk, I feel like I can do anything today! I'm looking forward to my next ride!

Well everyone, I best get to work. I know so many more of you deserve replies, but just please know I try to keep lurking and reading and I applaude all your victories!

I am feeling pretty good at this moment because for the first time I had someone notice my loss. That is, someone who didn't know I was trying to do anything. Our IT guy is here from Australia and he noticed and said I was looking good.

Anyway, I need to get back to work but I was too excited.
