Well, when I joined last week I was 289 and now I am down to 281. So, hopefully it wasn't all water When I started losing weight, I was one pound over 300, so I've almost lost 20lbs.
Unfortunately, I just cheated and had a small bowl of chips. Not the whole bag like I would normally have down .... but still feeling like I let myself down abit.

Woke up this morning .... lost 2 more pounds! I am so happy. I was afraid because I don't have any work today, and when I am home I eat. But I am more motivated now that I lost these two pounds.
Week 1 - 21/7/06 - 323lbs (starting weight)
JULY WEIGHT LOSS TOTAL - 7 pounds
AUGUST WEIGHT LOSS TOTAL - 14.5 pounds
SEPTEMBER WEIGHT LOSS TOTAL - 7.9 pounds
OCTOBER WEIGHT LOSS TOTAL - 9.5 pounds
Well, I weigh myself twice a week to keep myself from cheating ... wednesdays and saterdays.
This saturday I weighed in at 279
This wednesday I weighed in at 278.5
I am calling it half a pound because the scale keeps going from 278 to 279, and I haven't cheated this week so I know I cannot be gaining or staying the same ... at least I hope not because I just started
