300+ And Ready to Try Again...#924

WELCOME !!!

We are a group of individuals who weigh or have weighed 300+, or near there. This group was formed to provide a place for others like us to find support and hope. We are aware of the distinct problems that come with weighing over 300 lbs.

We want to invite everyone to join us in our journey.
We share laughter and tears.
We share what works for us and what doesn't.
We often use a "Topic of the Day" for discussion.

Motivational Monday
Tuesday Tips
Wednesday Wish List .. and What you are doing to obtain it.
Thankful Thursday
FUN Friday ... don't wait until you lose your weight.
Sit-up Saturdays - any physical activity
Share your Success Sunday

These are not required topics ...just ideas to share. We often find them very helpful. We also share heartaches and fears ... joys and celebrations.

We have several extra threads going on simutaneously such as Monthly Challenges, Weekly Weigh-ins, Recipes, Bios, and more. Please feel free to check them all out.

We have found this thread to be more than just a support group...
we have found it to become a home. We invite you to join us.

WELCOME!

I know you'll all agree that we are really thankful for the free services here at 3FC. The sisters offer all of this support and information with no charges to us. There are a couple of ways though that we can help out.

If you are thinking about buying anything at Amazon, why not help out 3FC at the same time? You can do this by clicking on the button for Amazon on any page in the forum, or by clicking on the button on the main 3FC page at www.3fatchicks.com . A portion of your purchase price will be given to 3FC by Amazon. It doesn't increase your price at all, but it does help out 3FC. You can use any of the Amazon.com links that you see on the site in order to help contribute to the site.

Also, BTW, in case you didn't know it, you can view the message boards "ad free" for a minimal charge. I think it's like $15 for 6 months. A very small investment to be rid of the annoying ads and make your pages load quicker.

There have been some concerns expressed by the powers that be about copyright infringement. So please, if you are directly quoting someone else or printing an article in whole or in part, please give credit where credit is due!!

Misti - Every time I look out over my garden now I shall be visualising those 'fat blobs' floating about  You are right though, any jobs, including in the garden are a great way to work off some points/calories.

Come on be brave and show us some of those before and after photos you mentioned :D

Heather (wyllen) - thank you for looking at my photos and letting me know that you see a change. I think with everybody agreeing with me I feel like I can believe it now  Seems silly, but it's good to get some reassurance.

I don't think I will take photos regularly to only be able to compare them, but through out the year there is always an occasion where I take photos, be it birthdays or anniversaries, or trips out, so I am sure to still have photos that I can look at and hopefully see any differences.

Kayley - :bravo: another 3 lbs gone, you are doing so brilliantly, you are definitely going to make your July 4th goal!

What is the TV show that you love that Andrew bought you the second series of? Daren is in the process of buying me all the box sets of Little House on the Prairie. I loved that show as a kid and am loving watching it all again now.

Yay, somebody else who sees a change in my face, I can't wait til it's more than my face that shows a difference though :D

Sounds like you had a great time with the swimming and roasting marshmallows over that open fire, how romantic :D Why didn't you let yourself have one, they aren't very fattening even though they are delicious.

SueMarie - congrats on your 4 lbs lost, :cheer: :bravo: :cheer: :bravo: all that work outdoors is doing wonders! There I was moaning about how long it took to do my gardens the other day, but what you have got going on there right now is a HUGE undertaking. It will all be gorgeous when it's done though and I hope you will share some of those photos with us.

Thinthinker - what did you mean about Catherine? Has she been here reading posts even though she isn't posting?

I had a look at that second link you put on here the other day, and I had fun doing some of the stuff. I do have a query with something they said though, on the part where they work out how many calories you need to maintain the weight you are at, I put in my weight and that I have a lifestyle with light exercise. They said I would need over 4000 cals a day, that seems a lot! Surely that much a day would make me gain. Not that I am going to eat that much, I want to lose, not maintain.

Patti - aaaaagh, don't remind me of my weigh in. There you are champing at the bit to keep off the scales, and I just don't want to weigh at all  I shall be here first thing tomorrow letting you know my results - good or bad!

CSI Miami is about to start so I better make a move, got to give it all my concentration :D Bye for now,

Hugs,

Ammi :grouphug:

toofatforu 06-04-2006 06:43 PM

i have no doubt Ammi you will see a loss.!

kayleystar 06-04-2006 07:10 PM

Ammi - The show is "Scrubs", and it's one of my favorite shows of all time! :) I didn't have a marshmallow, because I HATE breaking my diet, even just a little bit. I'm a stickler for that! :D I guess that's a good thing...:)

Whoo! What a weekend! It’s been HOT HOT HOT!

Thinthinker – About marriage… yes ;) I do… I wait you weren’t asking me were you?? Yeah we are going to tie the knott… the funny thing is, when we had our first date set… it was James who had cold feet. I think maybe it’s me now who’s getting the cold feet… it’s just the nerves… I mean after so long on putting things off… I just got another 6 months of my credential and then we’re going to sit down and get everything set up. It’s funny that you mentioned this tho… we were just talking about it last night… setting a date for sure I think… I don’t know the first place to start. Hehehe…. We are supposed to talk again tonight.

AmmiUK – Thank you for the congrats! About the backyard…it was basically a huge blank slate… when we moved in, we didn’t have grass… we had HAY! It’s a huge backyard though and I’ve got a lot of room to play with hehehe… so I did a few drawings over the year and we saved up a nest egg, and now… I wanna get it done. It’s actually killing two birds with one stone. I was actually thinking of having out reception in my backyard. When we actually get married ;)

I can’t stay long… I’m wiped out! I have my Diet club luncheon tomorrow. We do our final weigh in on Thursday. I’m looking forward to it!!!

Take care everyone…

AmmiUK 06-05-2006 06:19 AM

Good Morning All,

And what a lovely morning it is. The sun is shining, my housework is done, AND I weighed this morning and I have lost another 4 lbs :D I now weigh what I did when I first met Daren 4 years ago :D Onwards and downwards I say!!

Kayley - I guess I am exactly the same as you right now, I really don't want to give in to the little temptations either. Still I think I could have squeezed in a little marshmallow in my points :D Good for you for being strong though, it does make all the difference.

I LOVE the show Scrubs too, it is so funny. They are showing it on Paramount a lot these days so we watch a lot of it, and That 70s Show, both of them have me laughing out loud :D

I love the picture you put on here, I'm with Misti, I'd choose to be the little kitty

Flady - Hi, haven't seen you post for a while, glad to see you, how are you doing with the diet?

SueMarie - blank canvas is right  imagine having hay for grass when you moved in  Well I am glad that you are finally getting it all done as you want it and I am sure it's going to look gorgeous if you use it for the wedding reception. Also saves hiring a place elsewhere when you have spent to much getting out the back looking so lovely.

Patti - it's Monday, are you still keeping away from the scales :D

Sharon - will look for you on MSN later.

Got to go now, but will come back later, bye for now,

Hugs,

Ammi :grouphug:

I LOVE Scrubs! My favorite is Dr Cox! He is too funny! :carrot: Oh by the way, I'm LadyHawke. I've only posted a few times on
3fatchicks - so most of you won't know me.But here I am giving it a go to release this extra weight! Hello all!

AmmiUK 06-05-2006 06:45 AM

Lady Hawke - hello and :welcome: you have come to the right place to find people who will help you along on your diet journey. What diet are you following? I am doing the WW points program and so far it is working very well for me. Hope to see you posting often and to cheer you as you lose the weight,

Hugs,

Ammi :dizzy:

Misti in Seattle 06-05-2006 08:32 AM

Welcome, Lady Hawke!! :wel3fc: Glad to have you with us and hope you find the support and encouragement here that you need (and pretty sure you will LOL)!!!

Ammi, yippee for you for the 4 pounds gone! Wowsers, you are about to hit TwoDerville!! :) :cheer:

toofatforu 06-05-2006 08:45 AM

AMMI WAY TO GO! i am now ready to start the WW programs. how did you get started by the way? well enuff chit chat for now.. i overslept so now i have to get up and start my treadmill. be back later! and NO i have not weighed today i am putting it off til later in the week!

Heather 06-05-2006 09:19 AM

Ammi -- WTG on the loss! You are on a roll!

I'll toot my own horn -- I'm on a roll too! I lost 3 pounds this week, bringing me to 90 pounds lost total -- 30% of my starting weight!! Good grief! I feel like I can see Onederland from here (205), and yet, it is still this mysterious place that seems far, far away!

And if that isn't exciting enough, I think I may be at the point where shopping has gotten significantly more fun (about time!). I am actually fitting into some 16s right now!! (16 "womens" and then only the stretchy ones) and yesterday I bought a "large" top at Land's End!!! (though in most things still and XL). I am hoping that when it comes time to replenish my wardrobe for fall I will have a large selection to choose from!!

ZedAus 06-05-2006 09:19 AM

Well, I'm at the end of my long weekend and I still haven't done very well posting here have I? We've been pretty busy most days and I've spent a lot of the evenings knitting. I have finished another two scarves. I did most of the red one as we were driving to and from places all weekend and I did the beige one 'listening' to the TV. I'm not good enough yet that I can knit without watching what I'm doing.

This afternoon I actually got my act together and did some housework. I've been using the excuse that I've been too tired on previous weekends to do very much, but I felt pretty good today. Actually, this weekend, ALL three days of it, I didn't nap at all. That is a first for a VERY long time I think. I am SO hoping that the B12 shots are finally working. I'll have to see how I go during the week, after work, to get a better idea.

This is going to be a short teaching week, with some professional development on Friday, but in between will be pretty busy. Wednesday we are taking all of the grade 2 classes to a local aquarium for an excursion, then on Thursday we have our school Cross Country. That won't take up much time, but in between times I have to get some reports written. Oh what fun!

We had a wonderful day on Friday, for our Triple B Day. The kids looked SO gorgeous in their pyjamas and on their blankets or sleeping bags. The principal came to visit us and he wants us to write something up for the next newsletter and give him some photos. The newsletters get put onto our school webpage, so I'll let you know when we have some pics up.

Ammi - Well done on the next 4lbs!!!!! You are SO close to the 200s that you must be able to almost taste them. You are doing such a wonderful job with your new lifestyle. That smile in your photo just seems to get bigger and bigger. Speaking of your photos, you can DEFINITELY tell the difference between the before and current ones. They are actually perfect examples, as you have taken them at the same angle. Many people take them at different angles, and sometimes it is THAT which makes them look different. Yours are almost in the same position, so it is easier to say that there is a definite difference. Your features and certainly more defined, with your eyes being more 'open' and your nose looking narrower. And I would have to agree that you have definitely lost a lot from your chin/neck area. I can't wait to see more photos during the year to see how you are progressing.

Lady Hawke - You have come to the right place if you want support, encouragement and terrific advice. These are some of the nicest people I have ever 'met'. I look forward to seeing more posts from you as you settle in.

Sue Marie - It certainly sounds as though you had your work cut out for you with your yard. I cheated when we bought this house because we don't have any lawn/grass, just lots of paving. We are in a 'battleaxe' block behind another house, so nobody really even notices that we don't have any lawn. We have replaced almost all of the plants with roses, which are pretty easy to look after really. I am thinking of putting some annuals into large pots, but that is about as imaginative as I can get I think.

Kayley - I think that picture is just purrrfect! Now we all just have to BELIEVE it!
You did well not having any marshmallows. I have never had toasted marshmallows, and that is something I am allowed to have, so I may have to try it some day. I've had a bag of marshmallows sitting in the cupboard for a while and haven't been tempted to have any yet, so I may just see how long they last.

Misti - Did you find that recipe? I first made the shepherds pie with chicken mince because I was told that turkey wasn't in season, but I found some in the supermarket the other day, so this time I made it with turkey mince. I haven't tried any yet, but it certainly smells wonderful. I must thank Ammi again for the recipe.

Well everyone, that is about it for me. I am heading off to bed to read and hopefully get a great night's sleep. I ended up buying some bananas again, even though they cost the earth, because I am sure that they help me to have a more solid sleep. I am looking forward when they are a more reasonable price again. Hubby read that the banana growers up north are now getting 20 TIMES the price they were getting previously. That seems like daylight robbery to me. Still, I suppose I am silly enough to still be buying them, so I am partly to blame. Anyway... as I said, before I continued to 'blab' on... I am off to bed. I hope you all have a wonderful week.

Take care,

Zelma

Xena2005 06-05-2006 10:02 AM

Hi ladies! I have a busy day ahead of me. First off I am committed to getting in at least 45 minutes of exercise before I do anything else. After that, it's some chores around the house...cleaning, laundry, cleaning out my car, and organizing the garage. It's a real mess in there!!! Oh, and I need to pay my bills too. Can't forget that. So, it's mostly work for me today but if I can get it all done, it will be play for the rest of the week.

Ammi - WGT losing another 4 pounds. You are really on a roll and I am happy for you. :carrot: :cb: :carrot: :cb:

Zelma - Glad to hear those B12 shots might finally be kicking in. It's so funny for me to hear that bananas are expensive there. Here, it's about the cheapest fruit you can buy. Where I am I can usually find them for less than $1 a pound. I never buy a pound because they would go bad before I coudl eat them, but I usually buy 4 or 5 and spend maybe $0.50-$0.60 for them.

Kayley - Add me to the list of Scrubs-lovers too. I just love Dr. Cox and Dr. Kelso. For me they make the show.

Lady Hawke - :welcome2: to this great little group we have here. I look forward to getting to know you better.

wyllen - WOWZA! 90 pounds gone. That is awesome. :bravo: You really are an inspiration to me with the weightloss and your committment to exercise. Plus, in your posts, you just always seem so sane about the whole thing. I want to be like you!!!! :)

OK, off to start my busy busy day!

thinthinker 06-05-2006 10:10 AM

SueMarie: "setting a date for sure I think" THAT sounds definite! ;) I'm sure you guys will figure something out. I'm glad that at least now you are ABLE to marry if that's what you choose to do. I know all about being "creative" in order to receive money for school. Been there, did that.

Ammi: I am able to see when people log into the site. I can't tell where they go or what forums they read, but I can tell when they've been here last even if they haven't posted. Catherine peeked in the first part of April and then again at the end of May. I guess I would suggest if you want to contact her that you PM her and then the next time shee pops in she'll have the message waiting for her.

going to lose 200 06-05-2006 10:20 AM

Hi guys!
Well, it is a pretty dreary day in my heart as well as outside. I thought I was maintaining for the past weeks while I was "off" my routine. Sadly, I did not. I am bck to 334 again. So as I type this I am back to eating my south beach omelete and once again.....ready to try again.

I have been so busy that I let it get in the way of what is important... ME. I have done so well over the past year. I almost think that maybe this is a psycological thing. I made the committment to lose 100 lbs in one year. I need to lose 33 to make my goal by July 22. I think as people notice more and more that I have been wanting to hide it more and more. I stopped exercising which was BAD as well.

So, once again, I am climbing back on this wagon we are all so familiar with and reaching out for inspiration from you all.

I've got work to do... will be back with my personals later in the day.

Brenda

toofatforu 06-05-2006 10:57 AM

sorry to hear how things are going. but very glad you are back on program.. it is very hard when you think you have maintained then see a weight gain. i have been trying to lose the same 7 pounds for quite awhile now and it is depressing but we just have to keep trying i guess!

AmmiUK 06-05-2006 11:36 AM

Misti - thanks for the congrats, I can't wait now to lost the last 4 lbs that will take me into the 200s!! How are you this week, have you caught up with all the lost sleep from on the cruise.

Patti - thank you too for the congrats. When you ask me how I got started on WW what did you mean? Why did I start, or how did I cope on the first week or what??

Good for you for keeping off the scales. Maybe if you can keep off them for the whole week they will reward you for your willpower by showing a good loss :D

Heather (wyllen) - :cheer: :bravo: 3 more lbs gone, AND 30% of your original body weight. That sure is something to feel so proud about. Well done you!!!!

Thanks for the congrats to me, I am 4 lbs from the 200s, and 6 lbs from having lost my first 10%. Shame I don't go to a weight watchers group I would get a magnet or something then wouldn't I

Zelma - oh yes I can taste those 200s now, and I bet knowing my luck that next week when I want to get closer to those 200s I will have my first stall  Oh well, :crossed: that it doesn't happen!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write exactly what difference you see between my two photos. I love that I can see a good change in my face, but it will be even nicer when I can see a similar change in my body :D

So glad that the Triple B day was such a success and I look forward to seeing photos of all the adorable kids. I hope a picture of you will be in the newsletter too :D

Xena - did you get your exercise done? I am the opposite way when it comes to having to exercise. I make sure I do my housework first because I know after exercising I will be dying  So chores first, then exercise. That's the plan, but I haven't done any exercising today. I will make sure I do some tomorrow.

Thanks for the congrats on my loss, I am loving seeing the numbers go down. I have a dial scale and when I first got on it I was at the maximum weight. So it's brilliant to not be near that now :D

Thinthinker - now I know for definite that Catherine is coming here I am not so worried, but I will indeed send her a PM just so she knows I am one of the many that are missing her.

Brenda - sorry that you had a gain rather than maintained, but you are doing the right thing, you are getting straight back on track. I bet you will lose what you gained by your next WI. You have come so far, and I know you will make it to your July goal (that's my birthday by the way lol)

Ok I have caught up with replies now, think I will turn on my messengers and see who wants to chat until tea time :D Bye for now,

Hugs,

Ammi :grouphug:

I'm very far behind, but I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm still alive...had to make an emergency trip outta town Thursday morning, so I'll have some catching up to do. I don't have time this morning, but I'll try later tonight.

toofatforu 06-05-2006 12:34 PM

Ammi how did you cope and what kinds of foods did you eat?

Luxorbea 06-05-2006 01:16 PM

Good morning everyone! On Saturday, my oldest daughter (5) wasn't feeling well, and started having trouble breathing, so I took her to the ER to find out she was having an asthma attack :( After 3 hours of treatments, we got to come home. It was the first time she's had asthma, so it was very scary for me, but I was really proud of how well she did. Anyway, the ER doc said for her not to exert herself too much until we meet with her regular doc (this afternoon) so we just hung out at home yesterday instead of going to the park as planned. Hopefully the doc will be able to explain it all to me, right now I'm just telling her to sit down and draw LOL :D I'm just too nervous at this point to let her ride her bike or run around.

Just wanted to say Congrats to those who have lost!!! :carrot: Keep up the good work, Ladies!

I'm going to go draw pictures with my girls :D

LOL! I have tried this before with less sanity, fighting with myself every step of the way. I guess I'm not this time! It just seems more... doable? Not every day is like that, but most days I feel like I'm the one in control. I gotta tell you, it's an awesome feeling and I hope I get to keep it!

Ammi -- Maybe you could make yourself a magnet?? :)

Brenda -- Welcome back on the wagon (there's plenty of room!). Don't let your lack of recent progress derail you. Don't even worry if you make 100 pounds in a year or not... it's impressive to lose 67 pounds in a year!!!! Just keep on keeping on...

BTW, I started in the middle of July and am 90 pounds down... I've wondered if I will make 100 pounds in a year, but I've decided to do nothing special to try to get to that goal. If I do it, great, if not, that's okay too.

After all, does it matter if I lose 100 pounds in 52 weeks or 56? or even 80? or 200? No. What matters is that I find a new lifestyle in which I KEEP the weight off for good.

I grew up with asthma (mostly gone now!) and it can be really scary. The good news is they have a lots of great treatments and it can be managed really well if it turns out to be chronic! Good luck!

Lexorbea~ Scarey isnt it? I remember the first attack I had at age 12. Now they don't happen frequently and I usually know the triggers so I can prepare. If she starts having them more frequently, keep a journal. I know now that wood smoke is my biggest trigger so when we go camping or walking in the crisp evening air I need to make sure that I am equipped with my inhalers. There have been times when it was touch and go whether or not I would make it home in time.

Hope you feel better after your appt with the doctor!

well said Heather! And I feel that way too. The trouble is that I KNOW that I was/am capable of acheiving that. But I fell off and now am suffering with the bumps and bruises.

Luan: Sounds like your new job is going well.

Xena: How is your vacation going? Yippe :carrot: to you for loosing almost 4 pounds!!!

Brenda: So glad that you are back posting! Here is a hand up back on the wagon. That is what we do for each other here.

Kayley: Congrats on the new job and on another -3! Excellent job. Hope your dinner with your dad went well.

Luxorbea: Welcome! Wow. Going from 310 to 288 is a wonderful surprise! I did Weigh Down Workshop and The Lord's Table last year. I did well on it for a while but I was suffering some depression problems and went off them and gained back my :o whole 40 pounds. I am now trying to fight my way back to those 40 pounds and beyond. Looking forward to this journey with you.

Sharon: :D Congrats on another -3. You will be back at your ground zero again soon. Feel better.

Zelma: I recently bought a CD for the computer and taught myself how to knit a little. I am making a soft scarf too. I think I will keep my first one. I can't wait until I feel the cold like you do! Sounds silly:dizzy: but I hear ya on that one.

Crock: Whoop Whoop! :carrot: Congrats on another 7 pounds gone!

Dusty: You are close to your fist goal! :D Good luck and I know you will get there soon.

Ammi: Whoop Whoop to you :carrot: too Wow! another 4 pounds gone. You are so close to being in the 2's. :D I'm so proud of you!

Suemarie: Okay, I'm gonna give you a big Whoo HOO because I know how hard you have been struggling with school and to loose another 4 pounds on top of all that!!! :carrot:  Congrats.

Ladyhawke: Welcome! So glad to have you with us. ;)

Sorry I was MIA all weekend. I was busy looking at houses. No good prospects so far but, God is good and He will provide us a home in the perfect time. I can be patient! My back is much better thank you all for your prayers and good wishes. I am going to go to Curves today. I swear I never thought I would say that I miss exercise! I love it. LOL.

Blessings all,
Dogpal/ Annie

Good for you Annie!

I missed like 9 threads awhile back so forgive me but are you looking for a new house in a different place or just because you want to move?

Brenda

AmmiUK – I definitely will have pictures of the backyard up. I took some pictures of myself as well. At my 343 mark. I don’t think there will be much difference between this and my 350. But I may just post them anyways. Congrats on those 4lbs gone :)

Lady Hawke – WELCOME!

Wyllenn – Congrats on those 3lbs gone!

Zelma – This is a short week for me as well… It’s the last week of the school year. Many of my students asked me to go to their graduation ceremony (graduation from 8th grade). I have an exam today in class so I will not be able to go :’( I really want to. I’m at such a rock and a hard place. I am hoping my instructor will allow me to take the exam early so I can get out in time to make it for the ceremony. I definitely have a lot of work going on with the backyard. We can’t afford another house with the way prices are right now. Maybe when I get my full time teaching position, right now I’m an RSP Instructional Assistant. I figured, if we are gonna be here a while… I’m gonna make it paradise  At least a paradise I can afford *grin*

ThinThinker – It’s an amazing feeling to come out debt free from college. Although my scholarship paid for only tuition, the books really hurt. I have a pretty hefty credit card bill, but it could have been worse if I had to pay my tuition as well. Working part time, has helped to keep the bill down, but its not paying much off right now. With gas prices now, it seems like I’m only working to pay my car’s gas! All in due time tho… About setting a date I think part… James wanted to talk but I wasn’t sure about what heheh that’s why I said I think. Unfortunately I was up til 1:30 this morning finishing up a paper and we did not get that chance to talk. Another week and half and I’ll be free for the summer. Phase 1 down, 3 more phases to go.

Going to Loose 200 – I know how you feel. I went off program and thought I was doing well with maintaining, then I found I gained back almost 15lbs of the 30lbs I lost. The most important part is, you have gotten yourself back on the wagon! WELCOME BACK!

HpNotg – I hope all is well!

Luxorbrea – I’m so glad to hear things are well with your daughter. I know when I first had my asthma attack it was horrible. I can only imagine how your daughter felt. *big hugz*

Dogpal – Thank you! I will be a free woman by June 13th! I’ll have more time to work on myself AND landscape  I’m so glad your back is feeling better! Don’t over exert yourself at Curves! Take care!

Today at 1:15 p.m., I have my luncheon on work for my Diet Club. I have my final weigh in on Thursday this week for the club. I’m looking forward to seeing all the losers that came out of the club. I know many of the ladies have lost around 10lbs each the last time we spoke. Many of them only needed to loose about that much to get back on target, but good for them for getting there!

Tonight my 8th graders are graduating. Unfortunately I have an exam tonight for one of my classes *cry* I’m going to speak with my instructor when I get to class. He’s very understanding, we shall see what happens.

I gotta run. Gotta get ready for the luncheon. I wish everyone well!

Take care…

Brenda -- I totally get it. However, it doesn't do us much good to bemoan what could be -- though I think I do it frequently!! Allow yourself a very small pity party and licking those bumps and bruises. And then go back to knowing what you can do.

While I'm not expecting it, I realize how easy it is to fall off plan and off the wagon. If it happens to me, would someone please give me similar advice to think forward to my thinner future, rather than back to where I want to be??
