hello everyone and congratulations on the losses! Ammi i will be expecting a good result from you on monday! i am fighting the urge to step on scales but i shall stay off them. took saturday off from exercise for a badly neede rest so exercise was pretty good going today!

Ammi i know how you feel about your face shots! my face used to be a big puffy swollen mess but now it is very slim and i actually have cheek bones.. yahoo for cheekbones!
