Did 45 minutes on the balance ball, bringing my total to 310...just over halfway there! :carrot:

Finally got a nice cardio workout in this week -- 50 good minutes on the treadmill.

I'm slipping! I forgot to exercise again until around 11:00 - that is what happens when I take the day off of work and go totally outside my routine. So I ended up doing my minimum commitment while watching TV tonight. So that is 10 minutes, bringing my total to 560.
The group total is now 5385 + 10 = 5395. |
Usual day. 30 mins treadmill (I'm really enjoying jogging in the intervals), 20 mins strength training and 30 mins bike. I'm kinda feeling a little tired and am considering cutting out the gym and/or bike for a few days. Will see how I go.

Hi Ladies...well after a nice vacation with hubby to come back to internet not working and having trouble with it stayin on..I am back. I only have 60 min of exercising to my list of minutes..my nutrition class is going well..I lost another 3 lbs!! I was sooo happy. Anyhow as long as the internet keeps doing good I shall be here...cyn

We went outside for a walk - it is a BEAUTIFUL day here. That was about 20 minutes, although it wasn't too intense. I was going to do a tape of some sort, but my stepmother is arriving earlier than expected. That brings my total to 580.

Things in my life have been hard these past 24 hours. Eventhough I didn't want to, I made myself workout tonite. I knew it was going to keep me awake past my bedtime, but I could just not do it.

I didn't post yesterday's exercise, so I've got a couple of days to do. I can post today's already, because I don't plan on doing any more. I'm going to give my leg muscles a little rest as I have been feeling them more than usual.
Sunday - 30 mins on treadmill with jogging intervals at 5.4mph, then 60 mins on treadmill in afternoon just sitting at 4.2mph. I planned on going for a walk with hubby, but the weather wasn't great, so did the treadmill instead. Just wasn't up to the home gym and bike. Monday - 100 min walk with hubby along the river, across one bridge, back along the river and back across another bridge. We did this walk in 90 mins last time, and I was sure we were walking slower, but we did it in 80 mins this time, so added some in at the end to make it to 100. I suppose I am getting fitter every week without even realising it, seeing as I obviously went faster than I realised. Poor hubby! He never complains though, just says "I survived" when I ask if I went too fast for him. Personal Goal... 670 - 190 = 480 mins left of April's goal of 1800 Group Total... 5650 + 190 = 5840 It certainly is quiet. No workout for me today. It was going to be a 90-min session...alas it did not happen. Posting here because it keeps me accountable.
Will do my regular wind-sprint bike session tomorrow morning. I'm a bit afraid I won't meet my goal this month. I'm 134 minutes behind and I don't know if in the next couple of weeks I'll be able to push my knees hard enough to make up the minutes without injuring myself...'Tis good though, I'm truly doing my best, under the circumstances, and that is the only thing I can ask of myself. Group total remains 5840. |

Log me for 70 minutes on my bike. I didn't do as many sprints as last Monday but it was still a great workout. My lowest per-mile pace yet!
I am seriously thinking of buying myself a new piece of equipment. Not sure that I can, with me changing jobs. But I'm pretty much going to outgrow this particular (very old) bike soon. GROUP TOTAL 5920 + 70=5990 |
Ugh. . . I don't know what happened today but my energy level was SO low. It was probably from staying up way too late last night, but working out tonight was really tough. I did 20 minutes on the elliptical and 25 minutes on the treadmill. I still did fairly well considering. When I got on the treadmill I told myself I just had to go for 10 minutes, but then a good song came on and I got a little further and then again until I got to 25. That brings my total to 655.
