I know you'll all agree that we are really thankful for the free services here at 3FC. The sisters offer all of this support and information with no charges to us. There are a couple of ways though that we can help out.
If you are thinking about buying anything at Amazon, why not help out 3FC at the same time? Also, BTW, in case you didn't know it, you can view the message boards "ad free" for a minimal charge. I think it's like $15 for 6 months. A very small investment to be rid of the annoying ads and make your pages load quicker.

I'm so glad you filed a complaint about that excuse of a doctor!! If you ever want to talk, I'm here. I'm hoping that your tests come back fine...and if it is something, they will catch it in time. My mom was lucky enough to survive cancer twice. Once when I was 10, she had stomach cancer (it runs in my family), but they got it before it spread. And this past summer, she was diagnosed with colon cancer, and she's just now getting off the chemotherapy...if you ever want to vent/cry or anything, don't hesitate to write me.

to 3FC, and to the forum!!! Well, before you set a goal for yourself, I'd monitor your weight loss for say a month, and then you'll be able to see about how much you lose a week, or however often you weigh, and then set a goal for youself. I have goals usually monthly...or holidayish ones. I'm sure you'll find this place a great source of inspiration, and I look forward to getting to know you a little more.
