Joining This Thread?
Hi everyone! I am fairly new to 3FC and just discovered this thread. I was reading through some of the posts on 300+ and would love to join this group! I began at 295.5 lbs., am currently 284 and would like to get down to at least 165, if not a little more. I would love the support of those who are in the same boat as me! Is there a certain way to go about joining this thread or can I just jump in here? Thanks!

Hi and :welcome: Sandrea! I too want to get down to 165! This has been one of the best sites that I have ever been to. Everyone is so supportive and they truly understand your bad days and celebrate with you during your good days.
