Hi All...I am new to this site. I have been overweight all of my life. I lost a lot of weight about 12 years ago but have gained it all back and then some. I have also gained a loving husband and two wonderfl babies. I am howerever at my highest weight now at 301 and at 33 years old it is not as easy to lose. I am now understanding how your body changes the older you get. I could really use some support and maybe some buddies. I hope you want mind if I join your group. I am just starting NutriSystem it's the only one I havent tried. Thanks and I look forward to being a part of your group.
