I'm back - with a new attitude and focus
 

Hi all,

I posted here a while back, but lost my focus. I have regained that focus and am working on a new healthier me attitude.

A lil about me. I am a SAHM to 3 wonderful kids (7,2,1), and a military wife. :D I love being both. I joined WW in Sept. 04. I have done ok.. I mean, I weigh less than I did when I started, but I just got discouraged. I have a new start and am going in with guns a blazin!!!

I will definitely be spending more time here... for encouragement, inspiration and the occasional kick to the behind. :D

That's where the action is! :D Glad to see you starting over and NOT after gaining most of it back like I did. :o It's much less disappointing when you've at least been able to maintain some weightloss before you kick it back up and into gear. :yes:
