Hello everyone,
Just saying hello. Joined last night and it seems like the place to be for weight loss support, so here I am! I'm at a point where motivation is at an all time low, and I am at my wits end. I am 374lbs at the moment an my first major goal is to get to 210lbs. My ultimate target is 140lbs though. I'm on no particular weight loss plan at the moment, but maybe you guys have some tips? I could really use the advice...
