Hi everyone. I think I started a new thread by accident. #691. Ignore it. I am actually new, and if you read the other post you will see I have been recently motivated when I was turned down twice to get my foot xrayed b/c the machine could not handle my weight (335). This is my highest ever, and I am simply going for below 300. Can someone tell me how to make one of those weight loss graph-bars?
