Having been off program for a while, I went to the "Make a Commitment for 2005" thread and reviewed the contract I made with myself in January. It's funny, not only have I not been following my plan, I even forgot about the FUN part: that I promised myself a weekly reward if I stayed on plan all week.
Anyway, I've realized that meeting my goal for 2005 is going to be quite a challenge now. To meet my goal weight I'd need to average a pound and a half each week for the rest of the year. Not an unreasonable goal, of course, unless you consider that I've only made like one or two of the 2x2s this year.
So I'll have to get serious and, as 2Cute says, take some real AFFIRMATIVE ACTION.
How's everyone else progressing toward their goal for the year?

As you said up there, no excuses are worth it, so I won't make any. I just need to really get off my 'ample ***' (as my best friend says) and get moving.
