Shopaholic – I completely agree with! I get a lot of different amounts that I should eat. I used to cut back to 1600-1800. I lost weight yes, and I lost it fast, then I got sick. I decided I am going to go slow. I took the first week to just eat what I wanted to see where my calories averaged out to. Yes :o definitely ashamed as to what I was eating YIKES! It’s a whole new perspective. I am cutting back slowly. Then will eventually cut back some more when I hit a plateau. As long as it works. More power to you! I definitely agree tho that this place has been a learning experience and a great motivational experience. I just gotta learn to get through those stressful periods without chowing down on the nearest thing I can get my hands on.

Today is a late day for me, I work in the afternoon. I am hoping when I get back, I’ll be able to get in some exercise. Kid is off from school for the month. (Off Track time for her) So she’s bored… :-P We may go run around the mall a little when I get back. So we shall see. I will post more later…

Just a little about me...

My name is Cokia, I'm 23 and married to one of the best people in the world. I've been fat most of my life but REALLY fat after high school...I'm an emotional eater. I'm just absolutely sick of being the token fat chick. I WILL lose this weight bbecause I want to live and be old and craggley with my husband. And I don't want to have to worry about buying 2 seats on an airplane, even though it hasn't happened to me yet if I keep on going in this direction in undoubtably will. I want to be normal, and I don't want anyone to comment about how I am overweight. I want my asian mother-in-law to see me and not my gut. I could rant forever and I apologize. I'm so glad I found this place!!

I saw that you all shop at the Avenue/Lane Bryant, etc... I just wanted to let you know that in Southern California we have a great store called Torrid. You can get younger styled fashions in plus sizes. I am in love with this store. (Until I can shop in regular stores that is!) If you don't have one in your area you can also shop at torrid.com. :D
