I am all for starting another thread where we talk about our sucess stories. However, I also strongly believe that reading this thread is very theraputic. I continue to come back and read these posts because it makes me get off my *** and do something each and every day.

I agree Sam...this is a great thread to come back and read. I find it more inspriational each time I read it. I think we need a good kick in the butt more often than we would like to admit as we are establishing new patterns!
