Gotta do this before I forget what i ate..i know my meals are strange and all over the place, but it still adds up correctly...

Breakfast: 1 rice cake ( i know, i know) 1 point

Lunch: half a pita, cheese, bologna mustard - 3 points

Midday: soft chicken taco from Taco Bell - 4 points

Snack: Danon Light 'N Fit Yogurt Smoothie - 1 point

Slice of cheese bread - 2 points

Dinner: Cous cous/turnip casserole (sounds gross, huh?)
TWO servings - 12 points

1 Liter of Sam's Choice Cider Apple Burst water

23 points for the day......

Breakfast: Dannon Light 'N Fit Yogurt (raspberry...) - 1 point
Cereal - 5 points
Lunch: mashed turnip w/"butter" - 4 points
Wild grain vegetable rice - 1.5 cups - 6 points
Yogurt - 1 point
Sam's Choice white grape flavored water

Dinner:
6" Tuna sub w/light mayo - 8 points
4 mozerella sticks (no i didnt need 'em) 6 points

Im going to post what i eat first and then add the calories up later:
(probably not the BEST idea...)

1 cup of sugar free light yogurt - 1 point
1 pita pocket with low fat ham - 3 points

Burger King Whopper Jr. without cheese or mayo
Medium French fries
medium coke

ok so i never got around to adding up that burger king meal, but i counted it as 11 points...it was about 600 calories and around 24 grams of fat.


ANYways, here is the download for today thus far:
breakfast: cereal and milk - 5 points

lunch: yogurt - 1 point
turnip w/i can't believe it's not butter - 6 points
whole wheat pocket, low fat cheese - 4 points
(wow that was a bigger lunch than i thought *sigh*)

early dinner/snack: whole wheat pocket with low fat turkey ham: 3 points

Subtotal: 19 points

Now, what should I have to eat I'm starving :(

Wow, it's been a rough day:

Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios - 5 points
1 slice of bacon - 1 point

Lunch:
Bologna - 2 points
Cheese - 1 point
Pita pocket - 2 point
Turnip - 2 points

Snack (throughout day)
1/2 cup of ice cream - 4 points
ritz crackers - 2 points
fig newton bar - 1 point

Dinner:
Beef stew - 4 points

and now i feel so full and bloated and icky for some reason ugh.

Guess I'll join in here.
Breakfast: bowl of banana bread oatmeal and slice of toast w/ sugar free strawberry preserves.
Lunch: tuna w/ celery and onions on 2 slices bread w/ lettuce
Snack: string cheese
Dinner: baked salmon, small serving of garlic and herb red potatoes, salad w/ carb control ranch dressing.
Snack: nothing yet, but I plan on having a slice of pudding pie( sf/ff white chocolate pudding mixed w/ reduced fat cool whip in a reduced fat graham cracker crust)
Beverages: 5 bottles of water so far and I'll probably have 1 more before bed.
