Good morning!

Its frigid cold here. Not as bad as Alberta but for our area, its cold. Maybe more snow today. It is winter after all.

I just saw that there are all kinds of pretty colors available if you just scroll down on the color drop box. Bummer that they are so light, they are almost unreadable. :(

Since I slacked off last night, I got up and did 20 minutes on the airdyne. My back is a little stiff but that didn't make it hurt so I kept at it. I've slathered on a nice coating of bengay so I'll smell nice for work!

Jen - Great job on tackling the bike again. And then doing Tae bo! Keep at it.

Enjoy your day! Toodles!

Jehari 01-29-2004 08:32 AM

I ended up on page 3 of the last thread, so I'm just going to copy and paste it here. I finally got around to individual replies so i don't want anyone to miss it. Who knows when it will happen again. :^:

Mornin' chickies! I'm here for my morning report. I feel like I have to be accountable to someone or I'll slack off, so thanks for bearing with my ramblings .

EXERCISE: I made it 15 minutes on the bike this morning, and then my 4 year old wanted to do Tae Bo so we just did the 8 minute work out. I wasn't up for the half hour one. So that's done for today!

I'm trying desperately to shake the carb addiction. It's almost as bad as quitting smoking. Once you've started up again it's just as hard to quit the second time. I went without carbs for months after the surgery, but now that they've crept back up on me, I can't imagine not having them again. I've been working on Fitday.com to log all the foods that I have in the house to eat. I've realized that I really have no concept of what I eat unless I journal it. I hate journaling, but last time I did it, it was a real eye opener.
I've found myself plotting a way to eat my sweets. If I can stay away from carbs all day, I can have a Snickers Ice Cream Bar for a treat (only 18 carbs!!). You suppose that's a non-productive line of thinking???

Duckie: All I can say is BRRRR GIRL!!!

Michelle: Good luck on that job!! Sounds great! Swimming is one form of exercise I just love, but it's just my luck to live on one of the few bases with no pool.

Barb: WOW!! I'm impressed! I don't know if I could have passed up the popcorn.

Kat: Can't wait to see what your WI results are! I hope I have the will power to make it through the carb withdrawls .

gmalil: If there's anything you want to know about Idaho, you can ask me!! I lived there from the time I was four years old until my DH joined the army and we moved here to Germany last year. I'm from Boise, but I've been all over Idaho. Where are you going to be?

ageoldie: Thanks for posting that link! I wanted to know about the South Beach diet, but didn't want to pay to find out. I'm a cheapskate.

Pheonix: I went to an Ikea for the first time here in Germany. I don't know if it's the same there as it is here, but I literally got LOST in that store!! I couldn't find the exit for the longest time! Not to mention that I don't speak much German, got to the checkout with no Euros and they wouldn't take my Visa card. How embarrassing! Got that place pretty well figured out now though.

2Cute: You said you be back after cleaning the house. How messy is it woman??? Where are you??? LOL

determined to succeed: I never could watch American Idol while my husband was here. He couldn't stand it. I just like to watch because Simon can crack me up, but at the same time really make me mad. I hope that bike of mine gives me some definition in these cottage cheese legs!

Sandy: You and barb cracked me up with your post-a-thon!!

Hello to Syn, Tina, chequitagirl, and everyone else I didn't get to.

I have to get off my duff and take a shower. It's gonna be a looooong day. I have TONS of stuff to do and the kids are home because they declared it a snow day! What a bunch of wimps. We've got 3 inches on the ground tops! I was all ready to take them to school when my neighbor told me there was no school. I couldn't believe that they would cancel for that little snow, but I listened to the radio and sure enough, schools were closed. We're supposed to get another few inches today and tonight, so I'm probably doomed for tomorrow too AND they have monday off. WAAAHH!!! I love my kids, but I really love it when they go to school and I have some time to myself.

Anyhoo, I'm off!
Talk at ya later,
Jen

NEVER FEAR ..... 2Cute is HERE !!!! :dancer:

Jen... believe it or not.. My house was not THAT messy... and it STILL IS. I HATE HOUSECLEANING !!!! I don't care how hard you work... hours later it is messy AGAIN!!! I would be totally happy NEVER cooking ... then I would never have to clean up afterwards. You clean it... and then you have to cook AGAIN. Grrrr

Terri... you mentioned Bengay. That is closely related to Vicks Vapor Rub.
Did you know that if you have those ugly toe nails that they talk about on TV commercials and if you rub VVR on them every night for 2-3 months... it is suppose to heal them and new healthy nails will grow. Just thought you might want to know. One of my FYI moments. :smug: LOL

Today is THANKFUL THURSDAY What is everyone thankful for?
Attitude is EVERYTHING !!!! What is your Attitude? Are you grateful for the opportunity to eat healthy? Are you grateful for the ability to ride those exercise bikes or walk the dog? Today is the day to STOP and be thankful for all of those things we often take for granted... or even dread.

So you are giving up sugar... are you grateful for sugar free substitutes??
So you are giving up carbs... are you grateful for the abundance of low carb foods.?? Let's hear it... What are you THANKFUL for this Thursday.??

I woke up disappointed because I chose today to do my running... the weatherman told us yesterday that today would be in the upper 50s.
BUT today they now say it will only reach FREEZING instead.
So today I have to be THANKFUl that it is not going to snow or sleet instead of mad that it is cold instead of warm.
Life is full of disappointments.... it is not the disappointments that make your day.... it is YOUR ATTITUDE that can make any day a good day verses a bad day.

Okay... I am headed out the door to ENJOY this brisk morning. :)
And when I get home... I am going to have to SMILE at the opportunity to cook dinner ... AGAIN. lol

2cute2Bfat 01-29-2004 11:39 AM

did anyone read the article in Oprah magazine?? here is a post from another person about it... then followed by a poster reply. Just wanted to share it.
----------------------------------
This Ought to be Required Reading
My colleague, who has been watching me go through this transformation over the past 10 months, brought in an article for me from the January 2004 "O" (Oprah) magazine. The title is "From Fat to Thin" and it's an excerpt from a book called Passing for Thin by Frances Kuffel that comes out in January. It's on page 110 of the magazine.

Kuffel went from 338 lbs to 170 lbs, working with a 12-step program. The article doesn't touch much on her eating plan, though it does address food addiction, but focuses more on the transformation that weight loss brought about. I was STUNNED by how eloquently she captured the experience of being very overweight and the struggles that you go through to change your self-image and your self-awareness as you become thinner. I absolutely can't wait for the book to come out and I've already put a hold on it at my local library, though I have a feeling this might be one book I want to own.

My colleague (who started low-carbing with me, though she only wanted/needed to lose about 40 lbs) said it really helped her understand what my life was/is like (I've been trying to explain it to her, but I'm not describing it nearly as well). This book (or at least this article) may be something I share with my friends and family to help them understand what I'm going through. Not to oversell it, but the article is THAT GOOD at expressing the experience.

-------------------------------------------------
Here is the posters reply... I really like it.
----------------------------------
Great article!!
There are so many truths in what she says. It makes me understand better, WHY this time I've been so damn sure I was going to finally succeed at this for good. At some point I apparently accepted that the way I was living sucked (pardon the lanquage, but that's the truth) in comparison to the life I could have if I was just willing to pay the price.
How many times have we all thought to ourselves....."I'd give anything to be thin." Apparently, no matter how many times I had thought that before.....the truth was I WASN'T willing to "DO ANYTHING" to be thin. I WASN'T willing to pay the price....to DO the work.
Sometime last January.....Something changed. I accepted that I had been fooling myself......and got to work

-------------

That poster has lost almost 100lbs

Anyone here read either ???

chequitagirl 01-29-2004 11:40 AM

2 cute i have so much to be thankful. first of all my God, my husband, my kids, and the fact that we have all made a healthy lifestyle change with God's help. if i listed everything that i have to be thankful for i would be here for days. enjoy the brisk weather.

peekabooangel 01-29-2004 12:40 PM

Hi there chicklets,
I was here earlier and tried to do a post but for some unknown reason my computer here and at work has been doing screwy things for the past 2 days. I have run the norton anti virus and everything seems okay....anyways, I just wanted to say....

AM I WILLING TO PAY THE PRICE: I BELIEVE I AM

I was sitting here at my desk thinking...hummm what could I have for lunch. I could go to subway, that would cost me 6 pts or more, or I could eat my soup and carrots that I brought to work with me. Subway was weighing in hard, not that that is a bad thing, but I would have had to leave work and that ment putting temptation in my way by the chips and stuff at Subway. So I came here I read what 2cute posted and decided "I AM WILLING"

I was also wondering if anyone ever did the 12 step program with food? I am asumming it is kind of like AA? Only OA?

Hugs to all, Im off to heat my soup.

chequitagirl 01-29-2004 12:47 PM

good for you sandy. keep it up.

Day 13

Hello all.

I only have a second, but I wanted to pop in. I haven't read anything in a few days, so I can't respond to anyone.

Day 13 OP, one day to go until weigh in.

Got to run.

Susie

gmalil 01-29-2004 02:06 PM

I'm thankful..

...for Friends and for 2nd chances (and 3rd and 4th etc.)
WOW JEN, Small world! Emmett is where we are looking! just 25 mi or so from Boise, which is where we have kids, grand kids, and GREAT grand kids!

I've been cleaning kitchen this morning, procrastinating about my walk, but will go do that right after I post this!
I had a great OP day yesterday! endied up with 8 points left last night for a snack. I fixed a WW chocolate Smoothie and added some Peanut Butter. DELISH the only thing to improve it, would be adding 1/2 banana, but was out of them so...settled for Delish!
I just realized this morning, (yes, I am slooow)
that I REALLY need to be drinking more water. I have totally weaned myself from diet pepsi, so have to make up for those fluids! Well, hosnestly, I do allow myself 1 a day if I am out, but will not bring anymore into the house!!! 1 doctor said that excess caffeinne could have caused the fibrillation that sent me to the hospital. I have also heard that caffeine will inhibit weight loss. so, water and decaf it is! i have a 25 oz water bottle sitting by my computer right now, 1/3 gone!

I'm off to get my walking shoes on! see ya later!

Somehow I ended up on the wrong thread, sorry, so have copied and pasted my message from the last thread. :dizzy:

Congrats, Michelle on a second interview!!
And goodness gracious girl! what do you do in your 'spare time'! as if you have any!! 3 midterms!!! Good luck on them!!

I thought I would try the WW aerobic DVD that came with the Fast track, instead of wlaking today....well, I got part way into the warm up and decided that was more work than I was ready for!! "WHEW!!" so out the door I went for .4 mile...much easier, I will try the dvd again when I get more in shape.

Good Evening Ladies

Just a quick post. I was "lurking" here again, and Sandy's post just jumped out at me. :)

To your first question: There's an e-mail worm out there called "MyDoom". The instructions on how to detect it on your system are available at www.microsoft.com/security/antivirus/mydoom.asp.

There's also a forum for Overeaters Anonymous here at 3FC. OA also has online meetings several times a day. I've been to a few, and they've been an encouragement.

P.S. I'm sorry to hear about your DH's granddad. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Hoping everyone has a wonderful evening!
Good night :moo:

QueenB 01-29-2004 08:11 PM

Gotta run, I need to exercise before work tonight....after tonight, I'm off for 3 blessed days. I'm having my hair cut and colored tomorrow and on Sunday, my sister and I are going for the "Super Bowl Special" at her salon...we're having facials done...I can't wait!
I feel pretty! Oh so pretty!!

See I did it again....I posted on the wrong thread! I am half POLISH and 1/2 ITALIAN so thats my excuse. I am moving my post over here!

I'm so psyched! I just got the call for the second interview for that job!! Only bad part is it is in New Jersey but only about 30 minutes from here! Wish me luck! I would love to give my notice next week!!

MichelleK 01-29-2004 09:08 PM

OK now that I am in the right place again!

Kat I didn't mean anything bad about New Joisy....I just meant the drive from here! But I really want the job so I gotta go check out the benies and the money they have to offer. Hello Fellow Weight Losers!

My name is Heather, and I'm 28 years old. :)

I thought I'd join a couple more support groups cause - Hey, you can never have enough support! :goodvibes: So here I am.

I've been eating healthy and exercising together since October 6, 03 and have lost 31 lbs. I follow the basics of Dr Phil, with the addition of counting calories, fat, carbs, fiber and protein. So far its worked for me and I'm estatic about that! :cb: I don't think of my weight goal as far off, because I'll be reaping the benefits the whole way there. ;)

Look forward to reading some posts and getting to know all of you better soon!

thinthinker 01-30-2004 01:27 AM

Howdy, everyone! Just checking in before bed. You guys have really been busy, busy, busy, filling up the threads. That's good. :D

I was absolutely a lazy butt today! Had to finally get dressed at 5:00 this afternoon to run out in the cold and get my mom's mail for her. :( I surely would have liked to stay in my bathrobe, I'll tell ya.

I did get pretty excited this afternoon. I won my first auction on E-bay and bought myself a digital camera. I've had a cheap, cheap one, but I've been eyeing this one around town and I think I got a pretty good deal. :D Now I'll have a new camera for my little field trip to Oklahoma in April. ;)

Heather: Glad to have you join us! We're always happy to welcome new friends. Grab a water, pull up the keyboard and post away. You'll feel right at home here in no time at all. * CONGRATS on the 31 pounds down. That's an excellent start! :)

Sandy: I'm sure tomorrow and Saturday will be rough days for all of you. You will all be in my prayers.

Barb: No, I haven't tried the Subway wraps. I get the turkey breast and ham with no cheese. * Too bad about having to go into work and then right back home. It would be different if you worked around the block, but you've got a commute from He!! just like my honey and that would not be a fun prospect at all.

Duckie: Those temps are something else. I'm so glad you got your furnace fixed. You'd have all been icicles by morning. * BTW, you didn't say anything, but did the DF go from Dear Friend to Dear Fiance at Christmas time? I think at one time you thought maybe it would since you were going to Newfoundland to meet the family.

Syn: Glad to see you back here. Thanks for posting that recipe. Looks good. You know I always make your other apple salad recipe and have posted it here dozens of times (well, several anyway :o ) for everyone. * Hope you're feeling back up to par in no time at all.

2cute: Sorry, but I still feel too stupid repeating those affirmations out loud. I guess just reading them several times a day will have to do.

Audrey: Good job on the trips to the gym. Sounds like you're really on your way.

Amanda: It really is heck to try and catch up after being away. * I'm glad that your hubby is being more supportive of you. That's always a plus. * Good job staying OP!

Barb: Good for you, making yourself some dinner before you went to the show. That was a much healthier choice than your "other half" made.

Michelle: Good for you on straightening out your attitude about WI (not Wisconsin) before it got out of hand. It was a LOSS. And a LOSS is a LOSS!!! * I'm sure that you made quite an impression showing up for that first interview amidst all the weather you were having. That and your competance should land you a new job!!!

Terri: Sorry about the backache. NO fun!!! * Not semi-retired come tomorrow! Vacation's over! :(

Joyce: I'm glad you enjoyed your burger. Every once in awhile, we have to indulge a little. Isn't it nice that we can do that and still be within "program". *What all did you put in that smoothie??? How 'bout posting it on the recipe thread??? ;)

Katrina: I hope you are blessed with a GREAT WI (not Wisconsin) in the morning. I'm sure that your 6, well 7 by then, days OP will have paid off BIG time for you.

Jen: "I've found myself plotting a way to eat my sweets........You suppose that's a non-productive line of thinking??? " Don't know if it's "non-productive" or not, but it's how I think!!!! :D On the subject of posts per page, you can go on top and click on the "user cp" and then go down the right side of the page and click on "edit options" and if you scroll down a good ways, you'll see about showing how many posts per page. I set mine on the max, which is 40. We usually change threads at 30 or so, and then you'll never have a second page.

Susie: I am soooo proud of you! :bravo: 13 days OP!!! WOW, that must feel absolutely wonderful!!! Keep it up and I know someone who will be smiling BIG :D on Saturday!!!

Joanne/Homebound: Why dust thou lurk so much??? You need to be in here posting. [[[hugs]]] I didn't know that OA has online meetings. Ummmm. Very interesting.

Tina: There you are, girlfriend. How did WW go? Are you doing better now that that WI (not Wisconsin) is over? *Two weeks til racing season. Are you ready??? Can't wait to see some orange hanging out around here. :D

Pat: We're thankful that you joined us too. * My goodness, -31. I guess Duckie isn't the only one with falling temps.

Lucky: How bout you? You must be in frigid temps too, I would guess. You must be out shoveling. You haven't been here in awhile. Dig yourself out of that snowbank and let us know you're ok.

Barbg: Glad you had a nice night out. Please tell, where did you go, what did you do? Inquiring minds want to know. Was a "big and tasty" involved??? Just kidding, I don't really want to know about THAT!!!

Well, girls, it is well after 1:00 AM here and I'm about ready to go read a chapter in my latest book and then head off to bed. I hope you all have a great night/morning. Not sure when I'll get a chance to peek in tomorrow. I have 4 jobs to do in the afternoon. I want to go to the Chiro in the morning after I shower. And then I want to take "the baby's" old car to the car wash. We're supposed to be meeting it's buyer after work tomorrow. Want it to look all purdy!!! :) I have a very busy day, so if you don't see me, you'll know what I'm out and about doing. Love  ya bunches.

2cute2Bfat 01-30-2004 01:28 AM

WELCOME HEATHER !!!
We always love to have newcomers... and we can use some young blood in here too. ;)
You will find more Candians here too. :)
You have made a SUPER start on your journey. :bravo:
I am starting a book study on Dr. Phils book in February.
We are taking a chapter a week and dissecting it and writing and sharing what we write. First we read it on our own and highlight what hits us the most. Then we get together and share what we highlighted. Then we share what we wrote on what we read. I am a firm believer in writing. They say we use a different part of our brain when we write and get to areas we don't get to just thinking. LOL

Hope you share your successes with us. We all get inspired by others being successful. And we make ourselves stronger by sharing our own successes. :strong:

PheonixRising 01-30-2004 01:38 AM

Hello Ladies!
Things are going pretty well. I went off program a bit last night, but it is okay. I'm trying this new tea that a friend recommended. It is from Sunrider-has anyone heard of them? It is supposed to detox and keep you from snacking between meals and keep you from craving sweets. I will say this much, I drank some today and last night and I've had fewer cravings today. Yesterday I had a run in with the bread and butter. (I know it is silly but buttered toast is a weakness. Garlic bread even more so!) Today I've stayed OP and haven't had any cravings at all really. I ate much less dinner tonight than last night, and no toast and I feel completely satisfied. This tea is also supposed to give you energy too. My friend swears by it. If it is all it is cracked up to be I'll be sure to let you know.

Now if I can just get back to exercising. Where oh where did my WATP tapes go???? I haven't a clue. They have been lost since the move. I guess I'll have to send out the search party tomorrow.

Thankful Thursday-I'm so thankful to have the Lord in my life, and very thankful for the roof he's provided, my wonderful family, and to live in a country where we have enough freedom and leisure to be overweight. I'm thankful that the Lord will be there to help me through my weightloss.

Heather-Welcome you to our thread. We are pleased to have you join us. There are bios of many of us on the bio thread if you want to learn more about any of us. ;) Otherwise, just ask.

Barb.g-How long have you been doing SBD?

BarbPA-How was your movie? :bravo: On taking water.

Michelle-I hope you get the job!

Terri-I'm taking accounting and business communications. This is just a step in my long term goals. I plan on eventually majoring in wildlife biology. But...It all depends on what the Lord plans. My hubby has been studying with our pastor and is now thinking seminary, so I don't know where our lives are going. I'm just content to take one step at a time and leave it to the Lord. By the way, have you ever tried Tiger Balm? I like it a lot better than Ben Gay and really like the scent better.

Joyce-I know what you mean about the weather. I was in N. Cali recently as you probably read, and it was comical to me how much ppl complained about the cold. They wouldn't know real cold if it hit them upside the head. (Although I escaped many below zero days while I was gone.)

Kat-I don't think I could do SBD. I need my carbs!

Jen-Boy that sounded like a heck of a first Ikea experience. What a fun store though! I wish we had one here in CO.

2Cute-Do you still have stuff in boxes you haven't found? I feel like this move has been unending. :dizzy:

Sandy-GO GIRL!!!! :cheer:

Susie-Great job staying OP for 13 days. :bravo:

Homebound-I've been thinking of trying OA, but we don't have it here. I did recently get some twelve step books, thinking I'll just go it alone. (I live in the middle of nowhere.)

Tina-I guess I'll just send you a :grouphug: Love ya!

I think I got everyone! If I missed you I'm sorry. :o It wasn't deliberate. Hi to anyone I might have missed.

Terri in MO 01-30-2004 07:49 AM

Good morning,

Its Friday morning! I'm being totally lazy. I'm laying here on the bed instead of exercising. Too bad I'll have to get dressed for work soon. I plan on coming home early today so I'll do a good workout then. I need to clean house tonight. I am supposed to be going to my step-niece's tomorrow morning and stay all night. My sister (her step-mom) is coming up and a girlfriend is coming up so so it is going to be a 4 gal weekend. But we're supposed to get nasty weather over the weekend and I'm not sure if I'm going or staying home. My sister has planned for us to paint Linda's bedroom so it won't be just fun. I hope we make time for a movie.

Anyone watch Oprah's birthday party? Wow, I haven't seen Stevie Wonder in a long time.

2Cute - I read that article in Oprah. Very moving. I'm thinking about buying her book as a reminder that this battle can be one but it doesn't happen by laying on the bed and letting emotions control our food choices.

Amanda - What is Ikea? I've worked in Accounting for more than 20 years - I'd like to go back and take my accounting classes over to see if, after all this experience, I understand it!!!!!!!! They should be fun classes. And you are right about God's plans for our lives. Sometimes we forget that its not always what WE want.

Kat - Let us know how WI goes. Good luck! Have fun getting all be-you-ti-ful! :D

Thin - Enjoy the camera! The little field trip will be here before we know it. Stay warm on all your jobs today.

Heather - Welcome to the group! You've done great so far! :bravo:

Michelle - That's great about the second interview. Good luck! Stud yhard!

Barb.g - Glad you had a good time.

Barb - I miss seeing you around more. Did you ever get to feeling healthy again? How are you doing about going to the gym? You can do this!

I better get going. Have a great Friday.

Happy Friday Morning Girls!
:)
I am going to try this posting thing again. I was so mad last night when I lost my post! Grrr  I didn't even have the chance to copy and paste - the darn thing just froze up! Maybe the weather is affecting the computer! :^:

Anyway, here I am - feeling better than I have felt in months! Finally getting over this nasty bronchitis that has been haunting me for about 8 weeks, I feel like I am finally getting control over food again, I am back to the gym and the scale is within a pound or two of what my sig says --- hoping to join the losing crowd once again next week!

We have no big plans for the weekend. And I am happy about that. I went to the gym this morning and plan to go again the next 2 days. I am trying to go to the gym on Wed, Fri, Sat, and Sun because those are the days I don't have to commute to work. Then on the other days I try to get some exercise in at home - treadmill or pilates. I am trying to get back to my 6 day a week workouts.

Thank you all for your support and encouragement. I knew I would get back to my "happy place" it just took a while. :D

Date Night was fun on Wednesday. We really enjoyed "Win a Date..." it was a cute romantic comedy. I did have a little popcorn :corn: - but here is what I did --- I packed a bottle of water in my purse along with a brown lunch bag. Hubby bought a big ole tub of popcorn --- I took the brown bag, tore the top 1/2 off and just had hubby fill up my little bag. That's all I let myself have! I thought it was a pretty good strategy.

I've gotta get started on some work, so I will stop back later with replies!
I love you all!
Barb

Heather --- WELCOME to the gang!!! Looking forward to getting to know you!

I'm not sure if it is the tea but......

I went to bed about 12:30 last night and this morning I got up to send my hubby off to work, like I do every day, and I just don't even feel like going back to bed. Usually I'm so sluggish I just make his lunch send him on his way and then crawl back into bed. :o I'm thinking I might go find those WATP videos. It is just too cold and icy to do anything outside.

Speaking of working out and staying OP, last night I was talking to a friend of mine who is 62 and I was telling her that I really want to start the Body for Life program, and she said she was interested in doing it too. For those that don't know Body for Life is a weight lifting, aerobic, and diet plan that works in 12 week segments. I would never have thought to ask this friend because I wouldn't have thought she would be interested in lifting weights. Shows what I know!!!! She has read the book too and would be very interested in it as long as she has a partner. Woohoo!!!! I'm buying a copy of the book this weekend. :jig: Here is to a new me in 2004!!!

Terri-(And anyone else who hasn't experienced Ikea yet.) Ikea is a housewares store. I say that and you probably think "big deal" which is what I thought until I went to one. They have really nice and interesting stuff and their prices are very reasonable. They are mainly clean line Scandanavian furniture and accessories. You can look at www.Ikea.com and get a good idea, but the store is just amazing!

Mary-Give me something more to go on here. :dizzy:

BarbPA-I loved your popcorn idea. :corn:

Have a great OP day everyone. I'll catch you again later I'm sure.
