Default Arrive Into April Exercise Thread

This month I plan on walking more steps, I have limited mobility and trying to get back to walk three miles a day that I used to do ten years ago. Then I was diagnosed with Bipolar Depression as well as my mom dying anyday now, it threw me into a set back so am struggling now to walk the parking lot at the park. Right now I have a goal of 1000 a day I know it doesn't seem like much but it's a start.

Hello! I am just starting my weight loss journey.

My girls are now preteens and there are things I would really like to do with them that I can't do because of my weight, things like ziplining and zorbing and such. I am determined to lose weight so that we can do all of these fun things I always dreamed of doing with them when they got older. I WILL DO THESE. I'm starting late for April, but I refuse to keep putting things off to wait until the first of the month or the end of the holiday, etc. My wake up call was when we went to the trampoline park and I couldn't even gain an inch of air off the trampoline, and yet my legs were killing me from just bouncing in place without losing contact.

My goal for this month is to get 285 minutes of exercise in using BodBot (avg of 15 min for every day left in the month).

alotusinthemud The park in such a beautiful place to get started. I think I need to start doing that as well. I hope your month is going well. How is everything with your mom? I'm sorry you are going through so much.

Update: I completed my 15 minute workout today. 15 minutes was all I did and I am beat.

Supine Bridge: 2 sets, 8 reps
Walking Pull Backs: 2 sets, 8 reps
Assisted Bodyweight Squat: 2 sets, 8 reps
Shoulder Stretch with Towel: 3 sets, 55 seconds
Calf Wall Stretch: 2 sets, 25 seconds
Standing Quadricep Stretch: 2 sets, 25 seconds
