Hi Y'all!

Thought I would start a thread so we could all come together on one and talk. Hopefully we can get a great conversation going!

My name is Ruby. I'm 32 years old. Married with a 4 year old daughter. I live in Ohio. I'm addicted to binge watching tv & youtube channels.

How is everyone else?

I had a NSV this weekend. I got full on a can of soup. I know that sounds silly but I used to sit down and eat a can a soup, 2 sandwiches, chips, & some cheddar cheese. So basically its amazing to feel full after eating so little. Hopefully my new normal.

Hi Everyone.
I'm starting my weight loss journey (again) and thought I'd check back in here at 3FC. This group, well, this page, was a HUGE help to me when I lost my weight before. I lost 100lbs in 2007-2008 before getting pregnant, which was why I wanted to lose weight anyway. I'm here again, losing the same pounds, because my now 11 year old son deserves to have a mom who can move around easily and not avoid situations where she just "doesn't fit". I'm hoping this will be as good a support system as it was way back when.

Hi Sam. Welcome back to 3FC. It's never a shame to try again, but only a shame to quit trying. You can do this!! Just take one day at a time.

Hi Sam! I'm excited to see more faces

Last week I have a few ups and downs on my daily 1500 calories but ultimately I ended the week 164 calories below. So happy dance

This week I'm doing even better. Now I just have to figure out my exercise routine. I tried to do my standup bike and while I was doing it my daughter cut her hair... not very encouraging.

Hi Ladies! I am back as well and trying to lose the weight again. I am 35 (36 on Friday), married with two young adult stepsons (my husband is almost 10yrs older), and hoping to get in better health for me, my family, and to TTC.

Great job on the 4lbs Ruby!

Had a really bad day food wise. I have been doing really well but today I went over almost 1200 calories. I wasn't even hungry. I just kept thinking that halloween candy sounded good. Trying to not get upset about it because I have been below most of the week so my weekly allowance should be okay.

Hi Ruby!

This is a journey and there will be ups and downs along the way. Don't let the downs, well, get you down. You are doing great! You are down to 319!!!

I had a very stressful two weeks at work, but I am happy to say I managed to lose some. I am down to 309.4.

Mara: I'm sorry about work...honestly is that ever fun? Congrats on getting to 309!

I'm still hanging in at 319, probably because I was 1,042 calories over my weekly budget. Oops. Oh well on to the next week
