10 Day In The Lifeboat #195

  • Welcome to the latest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.

    This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

    Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.
  • My goals will be small. I swam most of the last leg.
    I'm going to honestly track every bite
    and
    try to get out of this lazy attitude.
  • It's TOM so my goals are simple this week.
    1) stay under 100g carbs like I am supposed to
    2) Keep sodium under control
    3) Work out at least 2x per week.

    Last night I had a "whatever" attitude about things and at over my calorie goal and over my carb goals.
  • I have 2 goals
    1. to keep tracking and to keep it accurate
    and 2 to use our home gym machine more! need to build some muscle here!
  • One day down and I'm still in the boat! WooHoo.

    Well I was swimming in the water yesterday. I went over my carb goal and at WAY too much sodium. Today, I am back in the boat and rowing along. I hope I can stay dry.
  • Um can someone please throw me a life ring dropped oars then fell in big time last two days!!!!
    Not as on track as I would like to be
    Training is going okay food well that's another's story
  • I have managed to stay dry. I have even made it to the gym 6 out of the last 7 days.

    kept dipping and rowing
    waked 16,500 steps today too..

    problem lost voice towards end of day up early tomorrow and really do need voice!

    We need to get supplies then head over to slip #196. Today begins the next leg of our journey aboard the Life Boat.
