Getting back at it looking for an accountability partner.
 

So 11 months ago I had busted my butt and lost 40 lbs in 4 months. Then found out I was pregnant with twins! :-) well my babies are now 2 months old and I need to get back 2 it. but my life has changed sooo much in 11 months I'm just not sure how to even start again. This isn't a diet its a life style change I want for life. I ate healthy enough that I thankfully only gained 6 lbs while pregnant and I'm currently already at my pre-pregnancy weight all though that is not really something im proud of because I still weigh 450 lbs. that's a hard pill to swallow. So anyone around my ago or weight willing to be a friend and help each other in this life style change? Im a 27 year old mom of 4. Thats something im very proud of I love my babies so much.
