So Fitbit is showing that I input a 13 minute walk on MFP on 8/4. That makes no sense to me at all and I'm not gonna count it. I don't remember doing it...or any reason WHY I would have done that...instead of letting the Fitbit clock it. So that has to be an error.
But I did do 50 minutes of mostly lap swimming. aaaannnd that was it for the long, lazy weekend. So: 465 + 50 minutes = 515 minutes. |

A little late posting but
30 min this morning 30 + 810= 840 Minutes I set a goal for myself this week to go M-F to the gym before work and I just have tomorrow morning left. I think I am going to try to do Sat/Sun as well. Perhaps a 3 mile walk in the park since I have a 5K in October. Very excited about it. Have a good night everyone. |
