My weight has bounced back up following my family wedding/vacation.
No worries as I knew it would. I enjoyed myself and had a great guilt free time.
Back on plan today.
Have a great week everyone.

Hey there, everybody!

I fell off the wagon hard a few months ago and regained big time, but I'm back and on board for this challenge, albeit a little late.

Urgh!! I have been soo busy lately.... which equals a gain.

I need to re think what my food plan is, start to bring in foods that I used to eat before, and get busy between food times so stop me snacking. I applied for a job that I really really want recently, its great pay, and could really turn things around. Its full time though, and I know that if I get It I will need to work out a better exercise routine. It will only allow me to workout at night, so I need to get my butt in gear.

Hello ladies!

Today I'm down 9.7 from my re-start weight following a 29 lb regain. Things have been rough the last few months; I moved in early May, my DH currently isn't working for medical reasons, and I just started a new job.

My immediate goals are to drop enough weight to fit in an airplane seat without a seat belt extender, as I have a business trip coming up soon.

I'm attempting a modified version of IP (subbing in protein shakes for the IP foods for affordability), so we'll see how it goes!

Another loss for you Sweetcakes! I love how consistent and dedicated you are.

I finally got my act back together and saw another pound leave.

Only a few more weeks to go. Let's push through everyone and do the best we can.
