10 Days In The Life Boat #199.
Welcome to the latest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.
This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?
Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.

Things improved on the last leg.
My goals for this leg are:
Continue to avoid foods that can cause a binge - just say "no" before I start.
Track my WW points, even the bad ones.
Try to move more.

Wow Judy you did really well on your last weigh in!
I am dragging my sorry butt in here because I need to be accountable.
I will exercise for 15 minutes everyday and report here daily.
I have been slacking long enough.

Was wet, now just damp.
Making up a huge (I'm out of everything!) grocery list for tomorrow.
