Welcome to the latest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.

This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.

water - drink it
track everything
stick to points - dailies mostly saving weeklies for wedding anniversary on Friday going out for dinner

My Goals:
Making sure to eat what I log on MFP.
Go to the gym 2 times a week and do my walk on Sunday.
Get in 6k steps per day.

oh bugger im swimming......
turns out i really do struggle with TTOTM wet weather and humidity all at once craved sugar and carbs just not chocolate, which is really odd as that is my usual I want food! this time it was cheesecake and pie, oh dear...
no more pie I think well no - must have at lunch not dinner.. must stick to points allowed for it ...

climbed back on board to the life boat .. and promptly dropped the oars again today with a coke float from maccers .. doh .. and pizza for dinner... just 2 bits not more.. YAY... was almost 3 but did not grab that many .. only had 2 in the end .. thought about a 3rd but left it to the others

I wouldn't say that I feel in but I have stopped rowing. My kiddo got sick, all of a sudden, on Friday and I got sick by Saturday morning. Still sick but I got my fever to break. I haven't worked out or anything. I took less than 600 steps the whole weekend. Today, I did manage to get a few more but only because I had to go pick something up from the store. I am going to take a nap in a bit and see if I can get to the gym for a quick work out. I have been eating under my calorie goal but I haven't seen any weight loss but then again I haven't seen any gain either.
I do hope everyone else is rowing along.

Karen I am sorry about the temptation of the coke float but congrats on only eating 2 pieces and not any more. I hope today was better for you. TOM can be a bit tricky. I want to eat anything with salt and I tend to bloat anyway.

Hi,
Sorry I've been missing. I've been trying to wrap my head around why I can't stick to my goals for more than a few days without falling in and with the sharks. Still trying though.

Ichoose: hope you and your little one are feeling better.
Karen: Pizza - one of the best, worst things for me to be even near, ever. I wear even the aroma is good for 5 lbs!

Morning Everyone

J-Ann: I find that a journal helps. Sometimes just getting it all out can help a ton.

I am finally getting over the flu. Yay! I even went for a workout yesterday. I didn't over do it. I hope this week has you all rowing along and not swimming.
