Default 10 Days In The Life Boat #187

Welcome to the latest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.

This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.

My goals for this leg are:
1. no Fast Food period. It's my down fall
2. sticking to WW eating like I did when I lost 75 lbs several years ago

Made a big splash into the water yesterday. Back in my seat, shivering in the cold rain, and rowing hard today. It killed me but I tracked every bite yesterday as a reminder of how easy it is to lose control.

Great day yesterday and the weather is improving every day. I should be able to row to WW on Thursday morning. I miss visiting with my regular group.

Food poisoning yesterday. I'll never eat Chinese again! Heck of a way to lose weight.

Todays menu is tea and toast.

Weigh in tomorrow. I have to remember that this will be a temp. loss as I'll still be dehydrated tomorrow orning.

Rowing away, all by myself. Karen, how're you doing.

Lost another 3.6 lbs in a week and a half. Probably at least 2 lb of which were compliments of the food poisoning 2 days ago. Back at my regular WW meeting. I missed "my" group.

well... over points into weeklies every day leaving a total of 10 extra for Christmas day...not good on that one

exercise well one would think walking around motats lights would get more steps...not this year first day in over 1 month didnt get 10k plus in stepz

water ...managing just as its hot during the day summer makes this time of year a little easier with loads of salads on option but got to watch dressings everyone puts on them

so trying not to gain this week
hope for a small drop...or to at least stay same

j-ann

Actually able to eat 3 meals today. My tummy has finally settled down and will accept food without rebellion! Now to get used to 3 less daily points than 2 weeks ago.
Enjoying my rowing today.

Snoozing sounds lovely, Karen.

Vacation mode ran over into WW - need to stop that and keep head in game on holidays because if I don't I will gain everything back - so after tossing oars into the ocean and lying down thinking they were beside me.... (whoops) big waves have come along and that giant wave called Christmas crashed through and was unable to row out of the way

caused a shocking gain 3.3 pounds,... well expected but maybe not quite that much

rest of this leg is seeing me try to stick to dailies only.... cant go over them that is no a point left too!
