Thought I'd better come back.
 

I've been gone for many years, and watched the weight creep back on as I was busy with other stuff. I realize did better get myself back before I regained everything.

I lost 5.1 pounds this week. It always feels better to have a good start. Now I just have to remind myself not to be disappointed if that doesn't happen every week.

Awesome result for first week - now to try to loose another 2-3 pounds next week yes !
slowly lost stays away longer and is better then fast off which comes back double when it comes back...
