Welcome to the latest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.
This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?
Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.
My goals for this leg are 1: Continue sticking to my WW smart points.
2: Use less than half of my weekly "extra" smart points.
3. Work on upping my fluid intake.
have to get back into the habit of checking in here more
did my measurements for first time in weeks - at least there down
stayed dry last few days then 28 hours ago things started going down hill - used all of my WW weeklies tonight so absolutely have to stick within my points Saturday and Sunday as weigh in on Monday mornings
on subject of drinking water - doing pretty good with it today after a pretty bad last couple of days
Hey, Karen and Judy! I'm still in the boat! Spent the week with family and didn't have easy Internet access.
Good to hear you're doing well, Judy.
Hope you're hanging in there without the weeklies, Karen.
Anyway, I'm staying on plan. I didn't actually track my points while traveling, but I had pre-calculated my breakfasts, which I took with me, and ate lightly at every meal. I did have dessert one night at my aunt and uncle's house, but I had skipped lunch that day (not intentionally). So I think I was fine, and I finally won a round of diet bet!
Goals right now are to continue sticking to my points, keep shooting for 140 ounces of water daily, and to increase exercise starting next week.
I'm still in the boat. Finally won one round of a diet bet. Weigh-in for another round is tomorrow, but I think I'll be off by a pound again. (I have 3 simultaneous 6-month bets going now.)
Working hard on water. Today I might actually drink half my weight in ounces of water, yay!
Day 8 done and dry. Got some exercise cleaning and moving furniture as they replaced the big slider in my living room yesterday. Going to row a bit slower today and baby my back.
