So, I may have gone for a little swim this weekend.
But, I felt in control the whole time--a HUGE difference for me. Typically when I go "off plan" I binge. This weekend, I just enjoyed the holiday. I ate more calories than normal and felt bloated and nasty because of the food I consumed, but I didn't feel out of control with my eating. It's AMAZING the difference you feel when you feed your body quality food and when you eat crap. I figure, holidays/family get togethers....thats all part of the journey. I need to get a handle on my binge/destructive eating behaviors during those times...and overall I think I did that.
Back on plan today. Working a new plan and excited to see if it works.
