New year challenge
Hi all. It's been a while but I'm back and fighting the fight. So time for another challenge to help motivate me, and maybe others. I like to set them up for 16 weeks and happy for you to jump in any time.
All you need to do is copy and paste the below, create a post, join in and come back each week to sign in and update. Remember everyone loses at different rates, some not at all...Some go up. This is a lifetime not a moment for your journey. UBEE!!!! Lovely to see you again!! Welcome on board. Yes I had a bit of a gain again too, BUT it's only a fail if we don't keep trying right? Thank you for your comment about my pics. It was a little hard in a way to do, but it's a new year n time to get my attitude right. Hugs.

Just a couple of pounds
I didn't do as well as I hoped but at least it is a start. I allowed myself to cheat a lot so next week is a new start... hoping to have a big number next week.

Ok so last week was terrible for me food wise, it was so hot over here I went for quick foods which was usually sandwiches or bread rolls things I know I should avoid .. And yet I didn't ... Not to mention enjoying a few bottles of wine as I was on my own in wine country (oops).
