Hello lovely ladies. So sorry I have been awol ... Was out of net range all last week and darned if I know where this week went but I don't remember a lot of it.
Ok so last week was terrible for me food wise, it was so hot over here I went for quick foods which was usually sandwiches or bread rolls things I know I should avoid .. And yet I didn't ... Not to mention enjoying a few bottles of wine as I was on my own in wine country (oops). So while I didn't post I did make a note of my destruction when I got back and really wanted to smack myself ... But I worked hard this week to recover what I could from that mess.
So here I am up to date, still some work to do, but back on track I think.
