Default 10 Days In The Life Boat #144

Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.
This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.

After a long chat with our WW leader after yesterday's meeting where she reminded us that rather than trying to stay in a holding pattern isn't probably the best idea, I know I need to buckle down and do everything I can to help myself WORK AT the program rather than work the program when I feel like it, therefore just losing and gaining the same 10 lbs over and over.

My goal is to stick to the program and add more protein to my diet over the next 10 days.

Dry and sitting pretty as I row. It's a great feeling.

Back in the boat! I had been staying mostly on track for the past month or so but kept losing and gaining the same five h=pounds. On Friday I got back on track and have been perfectly on plan for four full days now. Here's to staying POP and dry for the next six days!!

You go Karen! Here's a new seat cushion. We need to be comfy while we row.
We can do this!

I was in my seat all day again yesterday. It feels so good to be sticking to this leg's goals.

Still dry. Lost 4 lbs this week. Another 1.6 and I'll have defeated the most recent gain. I think adding more protein (and tracking every bite) really helped this week.
