I'm back on track after sliding off last week.

Had a few more off days but back to POP again.

Hot weather is arriving and I'm preparing to be miserable. YUCK!

Yesterday was pretty good. Will try to move more today.
It's perfect weather here. 51 at 6am and high of 78. Wish it would continue!!
