Previous life boat- I wasn't exercising like I was supposed to, but I did lose weight with calorie counting over the past week or so which was great, but the goal for me is to get in better shape as well.
Current goals- Do my Leslie Sansone 1-mile walk at least 4 times before this life boat thread sails by
. Stay on track with my calories (I had a super bad near 3,000 calorie day today, not good, feeling like a stuffed Turkey
