Default 10 Days In The Life Boat #126

Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.
This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.

Still trying to get my head together so I'm going to concentrate on thinking about why I plan to eat what and remembering what the size of a normal stomach is.

Ok, my goals for the next ten days would be to hit the gym at least 8 of those days. M-F and Sunday, and not drinking Soda or my loved blended coffee drinks.

I really focused last week and trying to eat fruits and veggies in place of other foods like snack crackers or whatever. I need to work on portion sizes, but I just started back up last week, so little changes....I've done great and worked out 5 out of the last 6 days. So its good.

Previous life boat- I wasn't exercising like I was supposed to, but I did lose weight with calorie counting over the past week or so which was great, but the goal for me is to get in better shape as well.

Current goals- Do my Leslie Sansone 1-mile walk at least 4 times before this life boat thread sails by . Stay on track with my calories (I had a super bad near 3,000 calorie day today, not good, feeling like a stuffed Turkey ).

Sorry I've been missing. Just couldn't stay afloat until yesterday. Today I have my oar in my hands and will be rowing strongly!
