I ate to much at bunco. I had a blast but am really thankful we only play once a month. Lol I am tired today. I come home and am wound up and not able to fall asleep. Morning came to fast!

Hello all...I will chime in here and join you ladies..hoping it is okay.. I had read on here about a challenge to keep on track with food journaling and that click for me. I tend to be off and on, etc..but this past few days I challenge myself on calorie counting for one month, with some bumpy days on a higher calories..I always go over ...but keep moving ahead....so far lost 4 Lbs and day 3 for me..I shall keep this going!!

JAnn.. great job on your 6 Lbs loss so far!! Keep it going!!

I seem to be on track and then blow it. We ended up at Pizza Hut last night. The pizza was good but as normal I over ate it.

Dgramie...Right every morsal, even if calories or whatever you are tracking with..write it and keep plugging along...You can do it!! Last night my calories was very high, had chinese foods for dinner and ended up at 4000. or slighty over my limit. Stay strong and hoping this day is much better!

A brief intro of myself...I am 48 y/o , in NJ..always struggling with weight. Its an everyday struggle. I am a stay at home caregiver to my aging mom and in this household I always see junk foods...sweets are my drug.. I am over 400 Lbs..and since I updated my scale to a digital ..its a slow process in the making. I weigh each morning..I keep a notebook binder, pen,calculator, calorie king calorie counter book on my kitchen table. ..to remind me on making healthy food choices. My main goal is to stay away from 400s and loose my 1st 50 Lbs end of 2015..I walk for my fitness...outdoors/indoors with music...That sums it up and looking forward on cheering others on this journey!

I went over with calories...stayed the same ...trying to stay at 2200..but going over to 3000.

I am back in track today. Yesterday was about 2000 calories. I like to stay about 1500.
I have a meeting at church and have no idea what we are eating. So breakfast was 160. Lunch 210 calories. So I still have plenty for tonight.

I blame our gloomy...rainy weather for my poor food choices and calories...Been snacking all morning and already at 3000 calories...I am still tracking...and won't give up!! I hear keeping a food journal helps, so am struggling, and its worth it on not giving this battle up..No Guilt, and Move on!! I am not perfect..and will survive this weight war once and for all!!

dgramie...Glad to hear your day is going good!! Great job on the Gazlle!! Stay strong for your church event. Hoping you will make wise food choices.

Tonight am cooking salmon steaks and will have that with cucumbers salad. and no more eating from that point on. I must learn not overeating due of the weather...the rain stops and feel I wasted this day..Hate gloomy days..

Monday not good... pop,,,poorly on plan... Am seeking bop..better on plan for Tuesday. My ending calories 5,510 Stressed and tired..
