I am down 6lbs so I believe it was water weight. I still have a ways to go to be back comfortable.
Exercise starts today!
I can't believe it's feb already and my new granddaughter will be here in 5 wks or less.
My goals is to exercise daily this wk and also eat less and get my water in. I'm still slacking on water!

I'm with Heather! Blowing snow and bitter cold here today. I'll be spending as much of it as I can indoors.

4 days POP in a row. I've been tracking my food and planning meals ahead. YES!

I got on the gazelle yesterday. I was pop!
I drank more water and I know I felt better.
I have my day planned to include a small serving of cake. I know I will eat one at church tonight.
I'm hoping to get outside and exercise this weekend.
Scales are going down. I never want to be that close to 300 again.

Yesterday I walked past a full length mirror. I saw my side view in sweats. NOT a pretty site!! In the past I would have let it get me way down. This time I'm trying to just use it as motivation to lose.

Great attitude Deb! You've got IT back.

I was POP yesterday. Made a not so great choice early in the day (Dunkin!) but adjusted my plan to work with it.

I was saddened to read of Mod Jiffypop's passing. I followed the weight loss surgery thread for quite a while. She was an amazing, giving, person. May she rest peacefully.

Jiffy's passing is a very sad thing.

More snow today -- the sticky warm kind that looks pretty on the trees.
More exercise clearing it...

Hi all!!

I have to confess that right now I am not in weight loss mode. One reason it's been tough to post here. But I'm hoping that my head gets in the game soon. I will let you know WHEN it does!

Heather. We've all been there. My last "not in weight loss mode" was triggered by having been doing well for a year and reaching one of my long term mini-goals. I think I was afraid to pass that point. I'm just now coming close to holding together 2 or 3 weeks w/o a regain after close to 3 years. When you can put together even a good few hours be proud. In the meantime here's a supportive .

No matter what is going on in your life remember we all understand.
