Hi all! I'm back! I didn't intend to take a sabbatical from 3fc but sometimes that happens.
I've done a lot of thinking about losing the weight again, but darnitall! Thinking isn't getting the job done!! So I will have to move to actual behaviors...
Enjoyed a brilliant January New England day yesterday -- bright sun, 30s and a few inches of new snow. Walked along the ocean. Wonderful.
And a big storm coming tomorrow!

Still barely hanging on. Monday I ate everything in sight. Yesterday was better but not perfect.
Heather, we missed you sooo much. Glad you're back.

Keep strong, Judy!
We've cleaned up from our 2 feet of snow, but apparently another 4-8 inches forecast for tomorrow. At least shoveling is good exercise... but I can't even claim to have done much of that, as my husband did the bulk of it.

I am here with a big regain. My scales said 288. Before the holidays I was in the low 260s. I have eaten like a normal person. I know better and this is the results. So starting today I am back at it.
Exercise has to start back today!

Gain again here. I've been eating triggers, even when I'm not hungry! This is not good. I've really got to work on planning, sticking to my plan and avoiding trigger foods like they are going to kill me - because they eventually will.

Stayed away from my triggers today. I'm w/i my points and very happy with myself.

I'm up and have a plan. Today my focus is no more than 500 calories per meal and no snacks. 2 bottles of water by lunch, one with lunch, one mid afternoon and one with dinner and one in the evening. I can do this!!!!
? Do multivitamins make you hungry??

It's the last day of the month and I've been POP for 2 days in a row. Trying for 3 today.
Deb, I don't think vitamins make me hungry but then - what do I know? Stick to your plan. You know you can!!!
It's below 0º again this morning and we will not get temps above the teens until Wednesday. I'm getting tired of this bitter cold. I love cold weather but this is a bit too much of a good thing.

4 more inches of snow yesterday. Getting ready to clean it up, but very cold and very windy here. Fun. I'll remind myself I am burning calories...
I don't have a food plan yet.... not going to get anywhere without a plan...
