Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.
This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.

For this 10 day leg my goal is to work on staying w/i my WW points and making healthy choices.

I was wet last night - make it all day long then fall apart after dinner.

Goal this time is to not eat after dinner AND continue to record every bite.

Swam yesterday. Climbed back in this morning but getting pretty damp from the spray.

Didn't totally fall in but used up my extra WW points. I'm going to have to row strongly and steadily to stay dry.
