GUYSSSSSSS. I will do my official weigh in post later but I had to come in and say that I finally weigh 198!!!! I stepped on the scale like ten times this morning and it never changed. I had actual tears in my eyes. I didn't think it would ever happen. I just have a lot of emotions today.

Watchout - Congrats on Onederland! And mustering up the courage to go with short hair. Mine's currently down to my butt. I keep wanting to chop it off, but at the same time can't quite bring myself to do it.

Hi y'all! Vacation's over. Hubby's ordained. We are now officially Rev. & Mrs.

Back to packing all the things, and moving up to the new house!

Alrighty then!

Weighed in today after getting back from my trip yesterday, and even with the water retention that I know is still there (I can feel it in my hands and feet), I still managed to log a loss, and I'm SO CLOSE to my revised goal of 30 pounds during the challenge. Hoping for lots of whooshes over the next few days as I drink a ton of water and flush out all of that sodium related water retention.

Hey y'all!

It's unofficial, but I think I surpassed my secondary goal!

My initial goal when I started this challenge was 299. I just wanted to be OUT of the 300s. So, when I got past that goal, I decided I'd shoot for 293, and a nice even 30 pounds lost for the challenge. Today, after a whoosh of 2 pounds, I'm now sitting at 291.6... I am now hoping to see 289.x by the time September 1 rolls around.

Just wanted to drop in and report the good news. Back to packing for me!

Another water drop of 1.2 pounds today, has me at 290.4 which puts me past the 40 pounds lost mark!

Hi everyone!! Im here Im here!!! Sorry for being AWOL .. I knew I was off the rails this week, been one of those bad weeks for me .. TOM made a great impression on me and my good behaviour and I have completely given in to all cravings and had things I haven’t had for MONTHS .. so yup .. I just had a terrible week .. and so the addition of the 8 pounds AND streaking back into the 30s was definitely expected but Im not going to fret or kick myself too much, it happens and it will probably happen again … but Monday is a fresh start, finishing off a few things to clear the house and will begin again with fresh is best approach again.

I had a funny NSV today too .. actually I had one yesterday too ... yesterday I tried on a new pair of jeans, they weren't elastic waist ones, they actually had a button and zip .. tried on the 18 (which was what I tried last month but I could only just do it up) and I didnt have to undo the button or zip .. so I put on the 16 and while a little snug, day 2 of wearing them they have stretched a little so they are really comfy and if I wanted to I could probably squeeze into a 14 (as long as I dont want to sit down or breathe lol) .. so YAY .. I actually got to one of my goals!!

The NSV today was the better one for me .. IM BONKABLE roflmao. I went with hunny after work to go look for a black skirt (cos my other ones are too big and fall down!) that I can wear with my new fishnet stockings and knee high boots .. we agreed on one (which I wasn't sure would fit, but I didnt want to try it on there so figured if it was too small I would use that one as my next goal piece of clothing), so came home .. tried it on with my stockings, knee high boots and sparkly top .. and now Im bonkable ... lord love the man!! Trust me .. that is a compliment hehehe .. only he said Im not allowed to wear it to work .. sort of wasted the effort of buying it so I will have to go buy another one rofl .. and yes .. it fits perfectly, I probably could have gotten a smaller size, but wanted to have it a little loose on the legs not attached So yup .. crap for the scales .. but yay for the NSV ..

Oh .. I also managed to get back to the gym at last yesterday .. boy have I missed it!! Was a little worried that I would be out of shape again after not being back for 2 weeks, so not sure if that has affected the weigh in today as I did 40 minutes on the treadmill (level 4), then 2 laps of the circuit (another 34 minutes) and finished off with another 15 minutes on the treadmill (level 6 for the first time!).. so 89 minutes ... and I drank almost 3 bottles of water lol .. so maybe some of the add on today was a little of that water holding on ..

So here it is .. on the plus side .. I have gone down in measurements, and still lost double figures (just lol) so I may not have reached target, but I did have a lot of NSVs and learnt some more insights into my thoughts and ideas ..

START WEIGHT: 246.3
GOAL WEIGHT: 220
TOTAL TO LOSE: 26.3
ACHIEVED: - 10.3 pounds

Week 01 - MAY 05 - MAY 11: 244.7 (-1.6)
Week 02 - MAY 12 - MAY 18: 242.4 (-2.4)
Week 03 - MAY 19 - MAY 25: 242.4 (0)
Week 04 - MAY 26 - JUN 01: 240.3 (-2.1)
Week 05 - JUN 02 - JUN 08: 239 (-1.3)
Week 06 - JUN 09 - JUN 15: 240 (+1) TOM + Carb fest
Week 07 - JUN 16 - JUN 22: 238.8 (-1.2)
Week 08 - JUN 23 - JUN 29: 241.8 (+3) ARGGGGHHHHHH
Week 09 - JUN 30 - JUL 06: 237.9 (-3.9)
Week 10 - JUL 07 - JUL 13: 236.2 (-1.7)
Week 11 - JUL 14 - JUL 20: 234.1 (-2.1)
Week 12 - JUL 21 - JUL 27: 232.4 (-1.7)
Week 13 - JUL 28 - AUG 03: 234.1 (+1.7)
Week 14 - AUG 04 - AUG 10: 236.3 (+2.2) ARGGH
Week 15 - AUG 11 - AUG 17: 229.1 (-7.2) YAY!
Week 16 - AUG 18 - AUG 24:228 (-1.1)
FINAL WEIGH IN - AUG 31: 236 (OH NO!!! +8 )

UBEE - Love love love reading you, and I must say whenever I see you on here I get a big smile on my dial

WATCH - YOU ARE GORGEOUS!!! I love your new hairstyle .. beautiful .. I haven’t had short hair since I shaved it all off for a cancer fundraiser a few years ago .. felt so weird, but wow .. what a difference to you your hair has made .. you just look so young And WAHOO on hitting ONEDERLAND! You star and a half!

EASILY - Im not wonderful on long car trips (back issue too), but I loved flying, and as long as we get to stop and have a look around everywhere I really enjoy going to see lots of new things I know after travelling for 3 months (yes on the go the whole time lol) I was ok for a day or two when I got home (excited to be with my family) but then it hit like a punch and I was exhausted for about 2 weeks lol .. Im sure you will see Onederland by the end of the year .. its not a goal I am after, but by the end of the year I will be going for about 10 pounds beyond my original goal so that is exciting too. We can fight together .. I will admit work is getting a little overwhelming some days, which has put me a bit off track the last month, but we can battle together getting back in line

MANDY - Congrats for you and hubby, its all go now then Have fun packing but remember to take some time out for you two as well Yay on hitting the secondary goal too!! I hope you are as proud of yourself as we are of you??

SUE - hehehe .. they dont always work out good, but they are a learning babble and all experiences are in the end good ones really when you think about it .. cos you always learn something, how can that be anything but a good thing Yes the sweets are fun to make, and Im not too interested in sampling them .. the savouries on the other hand are a harder thing to pass up lol .. but its not something I am happy doing every day or week .. so while it knocks my loss for a loop, at least I know I have hit a certain weight before .. I can hit it again So whatever happens with the scales this week .. we begin again next week and go from there
