Newbie here...just saying hello

Just wanted to say hello, introduce myself...I am 34 years old, live in Las Vegas NV, I am 5'7" 335lbs and feel like I am slowly loosing the battle. I have had weight issues since birth like many of you. I have struggled with graves disease, now hypothyroid after having RAI treatment, PCOS (well, my doctors argue on that one, some say metabolic syndrome). Recently I have also all of a sudden had a severe attack of anxiety and panic issues, I have not even been able to leave my house in a month!

I need help, I have zero support from anyone in my life, I feel like I have no real friends or relationships in my life even with family members. I am just feeling very down, frustrated, scared, alone...feel like every day I sit in this house I am just gaining more and more weight..I am a big ol mess and don't even know where to begin. :bomb:

And you've already lost 6 pounds! That's nearly an entire stone! Good on ya!!
