Question About Sweating

In order to have a good work out should you always end your work out sweating? If your not sweating by the end of your work out does that mean your not working out hard enough? Just curious

I've found that if my heart rate is in the best zone for weight loss, then I'm going to work up a sweat within a few minutes. If I'm not sweating and/or out of breath at the end of my cardio workout, I feel like it's time to up the intensity a bit.

Bodies react differently for everyone. I don't have to exert much effort to become sweaty, bt others, like my son, can be very active and still not get sweaty. I would go more by heart rate.

I go by heartrate. I live in a cold and dry climate. I generally don't sweat a lot in THIS weather, unless i'm wearing a ton of clothing. Some people feel psychologically like they haven't worked hard enough if they don't sweat. But for me but it is definitely not necessary. As long as my heartrate is up I'm okay with my exertion levels.
