    This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

    Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.
  • yay im so glad this started over today!
    my goals are:
    be more active at work- take a lap around the building atleast once per hour

    2 waters for every diet coke
    small goals but i have to start somewhere!
  • Trying this one again .....

    My goals for the next ten days are:

    STICK to my WW points
    JOURNAL my points as I use them
    REMIND myself daily that I am worth the effort.
  • I did great on the last boat trip!
    My goals for this trip. Limit carbs. Eat mini meals, drink all my water daily, get 30 min of exercise daily (wit the exception of test prep and test day).
    Day 1 rowing

  • Why am I in the water??????? Bad decisions are haunting me and trying to tell me something.

    1. Tracking everything.
    2. Stay at WW points.
    3. Exercise daily.
  • Declaring today DRY. Met my goals and I'm done with food for tonight.

    I'm going to put a pillow under my bottom as I row tomorrow as a "YAY Me" treat!

  • I fell in today. Ready to row again.
  • I got a tiny bit damp. No biggie. Had to use a few of my extra points.
  • Taking a day off of this trip. Well 2 days. Clear liquid diet today for test tomorrow
  • Dry yesterday! YAY!
  • Bad choices pushed me in to the water yesterday. Velcroed to my seat and rowing hard this morning.
