Does anyone else suffer from plantar fascitis?
 

I've had it since October last year and nothing the doctor suggested helped.It's finally getting better now due to me doing ballet exercises of all things.I can actually walk again now rather than taking 2 steps and having to stop because of pain.As a plus ballet makes me feel graceful even though I'm not, and it's a surprisingly hard workout for someone as unfit as me :) I'm hoping losing weight will help too.

I got a lot of help from using a heel cup and custom orthotics. No more pain. Glad to hear you found a solution
