I have just joined here yesterday, and also started Medifast yesterday! I am a fellow 320-er, weighing in at 328. lol
I am excited to find others in the same situation, working towards the same goals. Nice to be among friends!
Good luck to us all!
so i am also in the 320's i hope to not be soon, very soon, friday i weighed in at 322, yesterday afternoon i weighed in at 325. ugh, but then agian i weigh in at work on a huge industrial scale (haha its all i have access too lol) so who knows maybe something is off.
i started walking 3 weeks ago with friends we walk 3 miles about 5 nights a week. i didnt go last night, my kid guilt tripped me into watching a movie and staying home, after i ate 4 pieces of fish!
got to do better. my goal is to be 299 by birthday which is july 27 so i hope it happens.
sorry i totally took over and just blogged on here!
I am back to working out now. My new workout shoes came in the mail the other day.
Today I was going to exercise when I woke up, but instead my sister woke me up earlier than I had planned for myself to and I went to run errands with her. While she was getting her oil changed we went and walked around the outdoor strip mall for an hour.
I also tried a fat burner supplement in a Tropical Smoothie smoothie (I got the island green), since my sister tried it in hers. It was better than I expected (i.e. not completely horrible).
Throughout this break from exercise, brought on by a slightly complicated barefoot working out issue that forced me to not work out until I had some workout shoes, I have managed to maintain my weight lost so far (even losing an additional pound or so on top of it).
I am now 324.6. Getting close to the teens!

Checking in: Still at the same weight... I had an issue with muscle spasms and inflammation. It hurt so bad to breath I went to the hospital because I thought I was dying. (Which is where I found out about the muscle spasms and inflammation, of course.)
I told the attending about all that I was doing and she applauded my efforts and told me to keep doing what I was doing. She said my body would adjust and she gave me some muscle relaxers (that don't make me feel sleepy but are still strong) and told me to take ibuprofen or something similar for the inflammation. She checked my heart and lungs in various ways to be sure.
Other than some serious anxiety boosting my heart rate and blood pressure really high, I was fine.
She also recommended some stretches, but I've already been doing the ones she recommended, so she said 3x a day is best. She said even as she just barely touched my back she could feel how stiff/tense my muscles were.
That was Sunday, now it's Wednesday and I'm going to try exercising again. (She said the muscle relaxer would make it worse for the first 3 days, so I didn't want to exacerbate the issue.)
About to go work out for my usual 67 minutes and then add another 20 minutes of yoga before I go to bed later (to get in the stretches she recommended).
Hi, I'm new .. I'll join you . My starting weight was 328.6 a couple of weeks ago. Current weight this morning was 322.1
Currently trying to lose a minimum of 2lbs a week.
Eating Healthy, calorie counting (more estimate), walking, drinking 64oz of water daily.
I'm still in the 320s. WI was 322.7 this morning.
Tough last couple of weeks with little or no movement and a lot of hormonal /sodium bloat!!
I'm counting calories too - using My Fitness Pal. Drinking 160 oz water/day. Staying away from restaurants and fast food. Sometimes that is very hard and I feel like I lost some time recovering from them. (Had out-of-town guests)
