This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Still having trouble with junk and portion size so my goals are:

1. Just say NO to junk food.
2. Weigh and measure as needed.
3. Track my food daily!

My goals for this leg are just tracking every day and not exceeding WW points--including weeklies. I need me some baby steps to get back on track.

Water in but had a salad after 6 for a snack. So a 1/2 & 1/2 day.

Yesterday I met 1/3 of my goals. I said "No" several time! So I'm just damp.:)

BTW I must have been half awake when I started the thread ......1o instead of 10. What was I thinking????

Dry - Day 2 in a row.
Think I'll toss out the life line and see if anyone needs a tow back to the boat.
