    Sorry for being MIA. I got injured trying to lift my over 100 pound labradoodle into the back seat of our 4x4 Dodge truck. I have been in a ton of pain and that is keeping me still. Today I am going to go to the gym that I joined on Friday and at least walk in the water for a while.

  • 10 min aerobics & 10 mins moving in the pool, not much but every bit counts and I am not used to moving my body much.

  • Yesterday I dug out my long neglected bicycle, inflated the tires and went for a 25 minute ride.

    It felt good. I did not venture too far from home and I was a little short of breath due to my Emphysema and COPD but I intend to continue this every day.
